I am a first time buyer and I was directed to Reef, Joy and Richard by my realtor Kay Harris. When I say there is not a better team to get the job done, I mean it’s not. I went to others which made me have trust issues with everyone. This team went on my schedule and went out there way to make sure every move was comfortable for me! Not a good experience. Very foggy transaction and no support or response post closing. Falsehood and tossing responsibility between associates experienced.
+ there is a note from this business that we take your concern seriously. i do not agree. When I reached out witha concern, i was told by the people that they are no longer working here and hence cannot help - it was in Jan 2023. But are seen there well from 2020 and even now. So it is all falsehood.
