I just bought an AR-15 from the gun show from these guys, I now know to never buy a gun from a gun show. I went to go test it out and a round would not cycle. The pin had fallen out of the bolt, and I took it to a gun smith to get it fixed. The gun smith said specifically the pin hole was not the correct size. I called these guys, and they said they would fix it or replace the bolt. They did not fix it, nor replace the bolt. They just put a new pin in it, which fell out and the metal bits went all inside the gun.

Just bought a AP5 with a 50 round drum pmag D-50 Saturday at humble tx gun show went out Sunday to test it out Soon as I start loading the drum Bullets. Fall right in open the durm. Come to find out. It's broken on the inside Got on the phone with him this morning Monday. Was told that I have to go through Pmag even though I just bought it from them. Ran zero rounds through the drum So I was sold broken drum Can't even replace what they sold me Bought multiple guns from them will definitely not buy one, no more....

Bought a 400$ dust cover (cost almost more than the actual gun ) gun smith said the machining was off and I tried to send it back they wouldn’t take it bc of “Covid” policy’s in 2024 a gun company worried about Covid is very Biden of them !

Amazing and speedy service!!! Honestly was in and out in just a few minutes for my FFL Transfer. They have a great selection of products and will continue to come here.It’s a little hidden which is why I just now realized it’s here, but definitely coming back!

( 1/10/24 )In a world where customer service is basically an afterthought, I decided to write this review because Carolyn not only had the exact product I needed but provided exceptional customer service over the phone and in the store. The place isn’t super huge, and it’s kinda hidden so you might find some gems like stacks of Gen 3 Pmags with the windows, which I haven’t seen a store have in stock in a very long time. Great place, great service, great inventory, what more could you want.Thanks T.S.S. I look forward to doing more business.

They have excellent service here and are very helpful and informative just overall good folks never had a problem with any parts I've bought from them lowers are really good quality,the selection is great for a smaller shop and the value they bring is some of the best bang for your buck you can get especially if you buy in house! Guns are expensive in general so you got to pay to play but they won't ever steer you wrong.

Awesome selection and a hell of a gunsmith. He needs more help though.the m70 i bought here had a few parts that where loose and fell off first time at the range. If he had some more help in there he would have the time to be more thorough

Went here 2 years ago around Covid, told the senior man that i was new into the gun community to let me know what was a good ARP. Basically long story short they took advatage of my low knowledge and sold my an ARP with used parts, the sb brace was already rusted and wouldnt hold a qb sling,and was badly folded from the bottom opening. 2 years later, 10 gun into my collection, i don't appriciate this mom&pop shop taking advatage (hustling) a costumer by selling used items Listed as new to its costumers.
