I've been a regular client for 5 years. The stylists are very nice and welcoming as soon as you open the door. They take walk in appointments for men and women. Their manager, Stephanie goes above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service and cleanliness of the business. She is outstanding in managing this business while taking clients herself. Yvonne is amazing! I’ve been going to her for years—she always finds time to fit me in and I leave happy every time. The salon is clean, friendly, and the front desk staff are always so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

I go there and so does my daughter and granddaughters. Tristan does my hair and I am always happy with the results. She takes her time and does not rush. She is also patient and really listens to how you want your hair styled. Thank you Tristyn.

Ali is the first one I’ve ever trusted to put color in my hair. I didn’t know what I wanted at first so I let her make the choices and has always knocked it out of the park on execution.

Kiara is amazing! My teenage son travels a lot for basketball tournaments/ competitions and wanted his locks color pink and blonde. When I tell you she did an excellent job! Stylist: Kiara was my son’s stylist and his first time permanently coloring his hair. He has 3C texture locks. Color turnt out exactly how he wanted, very vibrant cool looking. She was very nice, she’d educated him on how to take care of his color treated hair, which took her no time to do. He gets compliments all the time now. Highly recommend her our next appointment. :)

As a woman with 3c-4c hair, has always done a great job on my keratin treatments and the appointment usually lasts 1.5 hours? Lasts me through the Houston humidity for sure. Can’t recommend enough!

Huge complaint! I usually don't write bad reviews but its really bothering me to think that this lady is giving bad haircuts to all walk ins that she gets assigned to. On 4/6/24, i walked in to the 2129 FM 2920 location with my 5 year old. Didnt have an appointment but i used to walk in to the Cypresswood location all the time without any issue. We get assigned to an older lady, have no clue what her name was. My 5 year old daughter goes first. I wanted layers for my kid, the lady asks if i style it. I thought she meant do i put mousse on her hair so i said no, i let it air dry after she showers. She says "oh, let me do this then. It'll give her volume". She starts cutting with a comb with a blade. Takes about 10 minutes to cut it. I didnt want it dryed or styled so wet, it looked great. Then it was my turn. My hair was long to right above my butt and i wanted layers too. She tells me my hair is not long enough and the shortest layer would be above my ear. I was like eww, so she says okay, let me do this. She cuts it and since its wet, it felt good so we were happy. Paid and gave her a $10 tip. Later that week, i noticed that my hair had no volume (like when i usually get layers) and my kids hair was tough to put in a ponytail and bun (which is what she usually wears for school since she's 5 years old). I realized that she gave me a straight cut and when i looked in between my kids hair, i saw chunks of hairs that were about 2 inches long. I dont want my money back and i dont want to take my kid back in because she will be very sad if she knows what the back of her hair looks like. I just want to let everyone know what this hairdresser is cutting like. I will never go back.
