If I could give 10 stars I would! Collin Smelly was great! Showed us alot of units! Took the time. Didn't feel pressured and understands that buyinh an RV is alot of $ so you want to make sure you buy what you want and most sales people do not care they just want $. Not Collin. Not Terry Vaughn Rv. They care about the customer!

What a fantastic experience! The first person we saw when we walked in was Julie, with her smiling face and friendly hello. When we told her we were looking to possibly get a fifth wheel, she introduced us to Tom. With over 16 years working for Terry Vaughn, we knew we were in good hands. He answered all our questions, showed us trailers that were in our weight range, without trying to “upsell” or talk us into more trailer than we wanted.
We settled on a Durango D230RKD, and then talked to Phil, who is in charge of finance. Phil worked with us, answered more of our many questions, and we completed the deal.
Finally, we met Dwayne, who conducted the walk through with us, testing each system and explaining how everything worked.
Overall, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Terry Vaughn RV’s!

Larry in the service department is always great to deal with. Getting service done on an RV is a hassle, but at least Terry Vaughn makes it as painless as possible. What sets Larry apart is his communication and honesty. He truly takes care of his customer. Thank You!

We had a great out of town buying experience with Terry Vaughn RV - Spring. Adam worked with us and got us a great deal on the RV that we were looking at and didn't try to sell us a different one. We were afraid since we were coming from far out of town that there would be unexpected fees when we arrived but Adam had advised us of all the fees upfront. The RV was ready when they advised it would be and the paperwork was completedly quickly. Phil was a very straight forward and easy to understand financing person. We stayed in town for a few days to make sure everything was working as it should. We did find a few items to fix such as our AC fan hitting the shroud, the fridge latch not connecting correctly and couple other minor things. We called them and they said to bring it in when we were ready, when we brought it in on Friday, they started working on it immediately and had us back on the road in 30 mins. They were fantastic and really listened and worked with us. We're sad to leave since we are 2000 miles away.

Collin is an exceptional salesman despite just starting out about a month ago. He went out of his way on multiple instances to make sure we were taken care of and answered all of our questions thoroughly, he was very personable but professional and was one of the best salesman I’ve ever been able to work with. Attended the maintenance class and we learned a lot. The service people (Larry and staff) are great. They answered all our questions. We purchase our RV here. I highly recommend especially if you are new to RVing.
