We arrived at the location at around 3:18. Initially we were addressed quickly and told to park in one of the ports. We told them that we were there for an oil change. From there, nothing was said to us.We waited until 3:45. In that time, another car showed up well after us, and they were given their oil change before we were. We were never further talked to and were not serviced.We never got our oil change. We flagged one of them down, while we were in the port, and told them we were going to leave. Nothing was said to us except “Ok I’ll guide you out.” No questions, no communication.We will not be going back to this location.

We were told by the employee that they would recommend us go somewhere else which should of been the first red flag. Then we were quoted a price starting at $103, which was fine but after waiting 45 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me watching staff walk around drinking water and talking, we left. Ended up going down the street to Express Oil change where my oil was changed immediately and for a cheaper price. In and out in 7 minutes! Oil change, new oil filter, fluids topped and a new air filter and it was still cheaper than take 5!! Save yourself time and money and go down the street to express oil change!!

I was a regular customer who has had both of my vehicles serviced at mutilple Take 5 locations. Very recently while having my truck serviced at another Take 5 location it was pointed out to me that my truck was missing an air filter. I researched it and Take 5 district manager admitted they found it on camera that the technician failed to install a new filter I purchased durning previous service at Take 5 in Spring. After admitting fault the only thing Take 5 is willing to compensate me is a refund for the failed service. Totally disregarding the fact I drove the truck for 5k miles without an air filter due to their incompetence. Who knows the damage done to the engine in my truck. I give Take 5 management ZERO stars for customer service. I absolutely will not recommend them to anyone and will advise everyone to not do business with Take 5. It’s very sad that once Take 5 gets your money they could not care less about their customers equipment or happiness with said service.**Responce to Take 5 (Owner)I made 7 different attempts to contact your company and have this situation resolved. I requested someone with your company who could suggest and authorize a solution contact me on three of those occasions. And all I’ve gotten in response is a voice mail stating the incident is closed and Take 5 would refund my money for the oil change. And I still haven’t received the refund. Your company failed to install an air filter in my vehicle and I drove it for 5 thousand miles. This was confirmed by an investigation by your district manager. After that your company has not offered any solution that addresses the potential damage your company has caused my vehicle. It seems to me Take 5 does not care about the happiness of their customers as you claim.

I want to thank all the guys at Take 5 Oil Change at 6103 Farm to Market 2920, Tomball, Tx for doing an exceptional job. The crew that is staffed there went above and beyond their duties by answering every question I had, gave great advice on my next oil change and vehicle inspection. Diondre is a great Manager and well respected by his peers, James is a great worker that loves his guests and his job by explaining everything he is doing and showing his customers before changing parts, not just changing filters or other parts to make money, great job. Joseph for doing an exceptional job on the oil change. James for checking all fluids and tire pressure.I will definitely be back to service my vehicle at this location.

Never in my life have I been in and out so fast. Been coming here for my last 3 oil changes and couldn’t be happier. Forever, I have went to the dealership and waited hours. Definitely recommend! Thank you guys for your happy attitude, and working in a timely manner.
