Every time I go I get the best help. I want to thank Malinda for being an amazing and patient sales person. The flow was so easy with her. We just went in to upgrade and he connecting with my family we found out that the best thing for us to be able to reach our kids without phone was the kids watches. She was truly amazing and showed compassion with all the customers she helped. She is an amazing piece to my most visited store. Thank you Malinda!

The absolute worst customer service. The store was busy so I had no issue waiting for a representative to become available. However, the attitude when they did ask me what I needed! The rep just rudely demanded my driver's license and started taking pictures without even giving me a chance to object, then she turned away and started helping someone else. I had to repeat several times what I wanted, and when I finally thought I had made some progress, I was told it would cost one amount only to have her add even more to the cost... what is wrong with telling me the total cost up front instead of bit by bit until I didn't even know what it would really cost. After telling the rep that I wanted the manager's name, she walked away once again and I was left standing and wondering what was going on. The manager, Bosco finally showed up (where was he while the store was so busy?). He was also completely useless. I finally just left.

I was helped by Melinda. Before she helped me I overheard her conversation with another group of customers trying to start a new plan but keep their existing Tmobile numbers and Melinda proceeded tell them they couldn’t do that. That they would have to get new numbers. I used to work for T-Mobile so I know it’s possible Melinda just wanted to get the new activation commission. Once they left Melinda proceeded to help me. All I needed was to purchase a mobile hot spot device. I already have the plan for it but lost my device. Once I told her I didn’t need a plan she began to be rude and proceeded by saying they don’t have the device to sell me.

Very bad service from Melinda. I needed to buy a mobile hot spot device but didn't need the plan because I already have one. I used to work for T-Mobile so I know how the commission works as far as starting new plans. Since I didn't need a new plan she began to be rude and didn't wanna sell me the device. She said they didn't have the device available for purchase. Once I left I spoke to GM and he confirmed that they did have the device available.

If you ever find yourself in need of going to this location, I HIGHLY recommend for you to ask for Ryshad. He was patient and kind and very informative. Thank you Ryshad for attending to me! I'm loving my new phone and SO glad you were able get my information backed up.

If you go here make sure you don’t deal with Melinda the assistant store manager she doesn’t want to do her job unless you buy the most expensive item or phone plan she’s showing you. She was literally arguing with corporate customer service not wanting to do a simple activation. She has no customer service skill I really do wonder how she became an assistant store manager shame on you T mobile!

Been with them for 10y made a payment and they say they haven't received it, I have spoken to supervisors and no one is a help and they just give an attuide and say we not looking any further into it. My bank won't do anything because it's a complete transaction and no fraud. I hope a Corp Manger can contact me because I like my 262.02 back. Please be careful on making online payments bank pays but they don't want to look for the payment. This is 2nd time this happened and first time after weeks they found it. Now again soon as I get my money I'm switching!!

Miguel was very helpful with assisting me buying my new iPhone 14 today I was extremely decisive with what I wanted to do and he was extremely patient nice and informative with everything I needed to know!!! definitely recommend him! Shoutout to Roscoe as well you were great buddy!

I was being way overcharged after adding a 2nd person to my plan. I called numerous times AND went in the Humble location. Each time I was told it would be corrected but wasn't. I was ready to switch carriers after one more try. Chris Sonia was not only nice, friendly and professional - he got it all corrected. THANK YOU CHRIS!

Reps tell you we will be with you and walk away to the back and leave you waiting come out and leave the store. And if they are helping you and answer the store phone they just leave you waiting. Poor customer service.

My experience at this T-mobile store was superb. Ryshad. P, worked with me and my family and when i say i was satisfied with the service he provided, i was. The atmosphere was amazing, got questions answered, got more then what I expected!!

Went in to see about getting set up with 5G Home Internet. Chris got me all taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything. Highly recommend this location based on my interaction with Chris.
