Not sure of others experience trying to buy ski boots here, but they won't just sell you ski boots. They have some sort of lengthy drawn out sales process where they feel compelled to measure your feet, create a custom mold, and upsell you on all this and then basically get you into a mid to high priced ski boot. Avoid the stress.

Went on a Saturday. Very busy Store but Shane stopped what he was doing and didn't stop until we loaded my son's first "big boy" bike. Purchased a Rocky Mountain but my son had 3 bikes he was interested in. Showed us all three and gave us honest opinions of each. Let him test ride as well. Extremely happy and satisfied with Shane and his team of bicycle guys to help my VERY happy 5th grader going to middle school in his new "fancy" bike!

I came in to have my foot scanned with the Aetrex foot scanner. Garth helped me with that and he discussed the results with me and explained everything in detail. After that he helped me find an orthotic that would be best for me. He was very patient as I tried several different orthotics. He even walked side by side with me as I tried them on. I have very bad feet so I appreciated him doing that and making sure I wouldn't fall. He was very nice and professional. It was a great experience!

Went skiing for the first time and didn’t know the first thing about what I’d need before the big trip. Garth was super helpful when it came to breaking down the necessities in order to have a successful ski. Loved my experience there!
