They literally are promoting gran tocino tacos. It’s 9:15 am. And they said they don’t have any. They have to make more. Shouldn’t they be ready for their promotion? Sitting in the car trying to figure what else to get.

Ordered bacon egg and cheese tacos from this location and when I opened them up they all had bean inside, I went back in to ask them to remake it since I didn’t ask for bean. When I tried to explain, the lady told me that I asked for beans on my tacos. I told her that I didn’t but then she insisted that the bean and cheese come together and since I asked for cheese I had to get the beans and wouldn’t remake my tacos since she “supposedly” told me that when I was ordering. The manager came over and said she heard the lady tell me about the beans whenever I was ordering which is complete bs since she was nowhere near around where I was when I was ordering. That said they refused to correct my order and obviously have no concern for accommodating to their customers.

After presenting a winning scratch off to a Collegiate level cashier, the short stature older lady, mumbled a few words at me; of which the only thing i actually understood was something about the scratching method. To which I asked could you show me/tell me what I need to fix. Well this absolute go getter not only ignored my question, but in an out right show of disrespect, the lovely listener moved my ticket to the end of the counter so she could take another customer who was after me. I again asked the lady what do I need to fix, she ignored me. So for a 3rd time I asked what needs to bed fixed, and she pretended I want there. Sense this helpful lady was obviously not hearing my questions, I yelled my question at her for the fourth time, at a level she would be able to ignore. With great volume I said what is it exactly I need to fix here? This time the super positive cashier acknowledged me, telling me that I would have to wait my turn she was with a customer. So of course I corrected her for free, by telling her no, I was the customer that was there first. Then I was told they weren’t going to honor my winning ticket, or make me a happy customer, and told me I needed to leave, which I did with great haste. About eight minutes later I called into the store and got to speak with the assistant manager, she heard my complaint, and gave me the old window dressing of “we still talk to her good bye. I immediately informed the assist manager that I was pretty upset about the incident, and I wanted to be escalated to the chain of command. I guess there’s a culture at this location where treatment of the customer all depends on how that staff is feeling that day. I requested the asst manager have the person who’s responsible for the store (the manager) to give me a call back the next day, since they were evidently off at the time of the event. So I’m the asst managers infinite wisdom, she told me no, and refused to take down a customer requested contact and told me if I wanted the manager, I would have to trying calling at the right tins the following day and before I could even ask if I would be able to come back to cash my ticket, this asst manager hung Up the phone on. Apparently customer retention was of no importance to her.

What’s the point of having a taco stand and advertisement for a “egg and bacon taco” and then tell me the only eggs you have or what’s in the bin (A mix of eggs, onions, bell peppers). Can’t you make eggs and bacon and put it in a taco? Isn’t the point of having a kitchen so that you can make with your out of? And why would you only have one option?

People here have so sense of urgency. They work at a snails pace and you can visible tell they don't like their jobs. They're not friendly and if you're there to get tacos they're not even in the front. You can see them laughing in the back kitchen area. It seems like they're only there to work the bare minimum. Some of us have to get to work, not the welfare office. Whoever cashier 13 is really needs to take a customer service course.

The place itself is not bad, mostly clean, well stocked, and nice employees. But I've been in there multiple times in the past two months, and there is ALWAYS someone with their mask pulled all the way down EVEN WHILE CHECKING OUT CUSTOMERS.
