I came to them because of all the positive reviews. Let me tell you, Sprinter Specialist will not disappoint. Everyone is super nice and will treat you like family. Communication is excellent. The most important part is that they are extremely honest and do excellent work, all at a great price! They have a new customer for life!

I only have my sprinter worked on here when in town. If it is a Mercedes warranty issue they send me to MB. Love Ruben and his staff always have and had great service there

Our Sprinter Camper Van lost a wheel on I10 on our way into Houston. The tow truck delivered it to these guys an hour before closing on a Friday night before Thanksgiving. They had to drill out the shorn lug nuts as well as replace brake parts and come up with a replacement rim and tire. They stayed 1.5hrs past their usual closing time to get us back on our way. They know Sprinters and do honest quality work. I can't recommend highly enough!

Ruben and his staff were definitely precise when it came to diagnosing the issue with my vehicle. Came out expeditiously, found out the problem and fixed the issue in had me back on the road in no time. Thanks Ruben, always refreshing to get service from a company that knows exactly what they are doing and also love doing what they do.
