Absolute joke. The most unhelpful staff I've ever encountered. I broke my iphone screen and pay insurance. They sent me to a repair shop without twlling me I needed to file a claim, something they should have helped me with, and neglected to tell me find my iphone needs to be turned off too. I am cancelling all of my services with them first chance I get. This has been a horrible experience.

Horrible, tried to return a Samsung 21 sixteen days after buying it bc i was out of town on a business trip, 1 day later then their policy and they wouldn't exchange it, had it in a waterproof case, no damage barely used it bc it was such a crappie phone, zero customer service

Went in she was helping me then she left to help another customer and we been with tmobile for years . Worst customer service .she left since we were just putting a free tablet on our line will never go back

Have been with Sprint since 1990 now T-Mobile. They care about their customer's, answered my questions about my Tablet and offered me a newTablet free of charge because mine is outdated and for being a great customer for 32 years. Will be picking it up after the New Year.

T-Mobile has always sought to understand problems when they arise and work like the dickens to solve them... regardless of what kind of problem comes up ... billing or techical!

Came into the store, and it was in and out -- an absolutely painless process... I was not expecting that! lol... I was assisted by Burt R. And he was able to switch my billing over to business and help me with a couple other things, and I was done in 15-20 mins..And he went out of his way to help me with the business billing.. If only every other business was this efficient / streamlined.. thank you Burt for your help!

Really bad customer service! Came here to ask few questions regarding switching device. A lady with her coworker tried to make fun of me instead of answering my questions with respect as it supposed to be. I’m not specialist in this area and expected a good advice, not that feeling that they gave me. These kind of people should not work as customer representatives, they should learn how to treat people with respect! Horrible, not respectful customer service!

Burt was very personable and helpful. Brief interaction with other team members and they were all nice. They seem to enjoy their job! Store was clean and welcoming.

Bri Mathews at this store is AMAZING! In about half an hour she was able to get my issues solved ongoing for months that other T-Mobile reps could not solve. Bless you Bri!

I want to give Greg a shout out because he helped us this week and was so kind and patient. He answered call of our questions and got us what we needed at the time. The other staff was kind and helpful too. Don’t avoid going to places just on reviews alone. We had a good experience. 100% recommend. This will be our go to store!
