Very bad customer service.
I had ordered an item and it was not what I wanted. After agreeing to making a new one in replacement the owner has ghosted me. I wanted to give business to a small business owner locally but I don’t think they appreciate it.

Misty is an incredible artisan. She uses quality materials and her shops craftsmanship is gorgeous. She was professional in her messaging, and extremely accommodating with my last minute requests. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a that special something that speaks from the heart.
