I took my vehicle here to get painted December 2022, just pick it up this month June 2023, when I dropped my vehicle off to be painted I was told it will take two weeks, they lost the Door handles, which the owner claimed maybe I didn't dropped off, which I did, I ended up buying another set, well when two weeks came, nothing was done, and i always tell him just take your time, not knowing that it will take 6 months, Who want their vehicle in any shop for 6 months? ''I don't'', when they did finally paint it, in June 2023, six months later, both door handles area has over lap paint and scars, which they did not fix, look like they just took a permanent marker and went over the area. I bought a set of $500 headlights which they broke the Tabs, look like someone didn't know how to install. When the receptionist called me and said the vehicle was ready, and when I got there, none of the moldings was put back on the vehicle and they had put on the old door handles, so I went back home, and then the owner text me the next day and say it ready, and again it wasn't, the same molding inside of vehicle that wasn't put back on, I also asked him to put on an in-tank fuel pump and fuel filter that I bought, it was brand new, I was actually called three times to pick up vehicle, just to go up there and still parts wasn't put on, As we was talking, I was asking him to make sure everything is working, he started saying "he is losing money'', because, it take time to do things, he say the molding trim on the side of vehicle had to be trimmed " but don't forget he had it six months, but now he is complaining about time , not once did I say anything to him for taking 6 months to do a two week paint job, I always said take your time, but not meaning six months, he did put on the In-Tank fuel pump, and filter, when I picked up the vehicle I checked to make sure everything was working like a safety inspection, which I asked them to do, it was time for the inspection sticker, so I asked the owner to inspect vehicle, which he did according to him, but on my checks and vehicle pick up, the horn wasn't working, and I told him and he said the horn needed to be replaced, because they didn't do anything with horn, the guy wouldn't even look at it, you think just out of courtesy from a paying customer, and don't forget he just done a state inspection and passed it, so when I got home, I took it apart, and it was only the spring wire came off the horn, it took me 5 minutes to fix, also when these guys installed the air deflector guard which is painted, and the license plate cover was jammed against the deflector guard cutting into the paint, very unprofessional, the business is not willing to look at a problem they supposedly fix. They did installed the in-tank Fuel pump and filter, and I notice the fuel gauge not working , I went up to shop to inform the owner the fuel gauge is not working and it was working before they installed the in-tank fuel pump, he told me the cluster was bad, but he never look at it, I took the vehicle to another shop to have them look at it, and they found the fuel pump was installed incorrectly, it was forced in, damaging the float and sending unit, keep in mind this is a brand new fuel pump, this shop done a diagnostic check which they call a sweep to manipulate the cluster to make it think the fuel is moving, and the gauge was working, also I will get it repainted, it looks terrible, even them having it six months. He wasn't willing to look at it, even though he done the work, The fuel pump harness had a metal bracket attached to it, and it supposed to be screwed down to the frame of the vehicle, they didn't even re-screw it down, it just hanging on the side of the tank, Who does that? very unprofessional, Please don't trust this shop, You will be disappointed if anything goes wrong, don't expect them to go out their way for you, because it not happening, my guess you probably already experience this from th
