Spring Auto’s owner and personnel were professional, personable and polite. Quality of service was high and their price was fair. The service department was efficient and effective. i was in an out before the owner and I finished our conversation. i would recommend them to anyone in need of automotive service.

Bought my car from Carvana in Oct '22 and there was an issue with my sun roof leaking. It was still within the Carvana week where you could give it back or things fixed covered under the Silver Rock insurance.
They fixed my sunroof and even provided a loaner while work was being done. Fast-forward to Jan of '24, I notice water stains again around my sunroof called and asked about it being looked at and taken care of if needed. Brought my car in today and they saw me right away. Gave me some knowledge on the topic while being totally professional and non condescending. Took a look at it right away, fixed it right up, cleaned the water stains, and even gave me some tips for a few other things. I am so pleased with the service considering the work is covered for a year and this was about 15 months after the car was worked on they still took their time to take of me!
