My car sputtered into this Caliber location. I told Sam exactly what had happened and what I thought the issue was; which might be something simple. Sam and Zack got Juan the mechanic to look at it and he literally fixed it in 5min. NO CHARGE! I have to say I'm IMPRESSED and if any of these guys is up for a promotion or a raise; they absolutely deserve it. That experience just made Caliber Auto Care my regular mechanic shop. A+

I'm so glad to have discovered this place. Honest mechanics are so wonderful when you find them. They told me what wasn't important to do right away to get another couple years out of an 11 year old Lexus. Far more frank and honest than the dealership had been with me. The Uber back to my house was above and beyond. Thank you!

Fast, friendly and comprehensive oil change experience. I like to come here because they do a full check of the vehicle and suggest repairs that are needed. I've never gotten a hard sell when I've said I'll do it myself.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have came across Caliber Auto. I've had an issue where my AC. Sometimes it worked. Sometimes it wouldn't. I've had this issue for about 3 years. I have taken it to Toyota on two occasions and they couldn't find the problem. Caliber Auto had it figured out in a few hours. It is a relief to know I can go out to my car in this Texas heat and know my AC works.
The customer service is amazing. It's comfortable seating in the lobby if you choose to wait. The guy who assisted me kept me updated and made sure I understood every step. Im even debating on whether to switch from Toyota to Caliber Auto for my normal car maintenance.
