This place is under new management and I had a horrible experience. I took my vehicle to get a diagnostic because of the lights being on the dashboard and the maintenance light coming on and when I return to get my vehicle more lights was on then before I took it there and when I got the service done two months ago, it was $119 for a diagnostic test they try to charge me $199 for the same test and couldn’t even give me an estimation of what it would cost to fix the problem.

These guys are great. Having an older Mercedes, repairs can be costly, however, Sun Auto gets the job done at a fraction of the cost the dealership would charge. Shout out to Sam for always being there to help. #mygottoshop

Had to fight the technician to honor their email advertised Black Friday prices on a full synthetic oil change for $29.99… 5 quarts. Had to show the tech the email they sent me and they still questioned me, their faithful customer! Good grief, don’t advertise a price if you’re not going to honor it. I’m due a refund for the extra oil that I was charged. The ad said $29.99 on 11/28/25. That’s the day I was there with a scheduled appointment. The tech tried to charge me $115. I ended up paying for extra oil-6 quarts when my car only holds 5 which is how many the ad allowed in the fine print. The front desk staff at the Louetta Rd. Champions location needs a lesson in customer service greeting as well. They are dismissive and act like they don’t want your business when you walk in. Very disappointing. The old Callber and First Service staff made you want to give them your business… not this crew. We will see if a manager contacts me about this disappointing visit. I betting they don’t..
