I set an appointment for an alignment and oil change. The service was quick and they tell you the price upfront. However, when I picked up the truck they had it backed into a bush and there’s a new door ding in the driver door ://. For being a reputable company with expensive costs, I expect better.

The front desk Service Guys don’t seem too happy and are not welcoming the customers with a smile. Outside of that, everything went well. My truck was repaired to satisfaction. Nathan referred this location many years ago and I’ve trusted them with my vehicle since, about six or seven years ago.

My service for an oil change was good today, except for one thing. After waiting 45 minutes (I had an appointment), I asked how much longer it would be and was told 45 minutes as they had to go get an oil filter. In the past, they kept me informed of delays, even if slight. It ended up being less than half an hour more. They did offer to provide transportation, if needed.

Needed a battery. Replacement was done within 30 minutes of arriving at the shop and the price was very good.
