Surprisingly good selection at this store. Lots of shoplifting, unfortunately, as many items had ripped security tags shoved into pockets and into shoes.

Excellent, they have many things and excellent service from the staff, everything is very organized, I only feel that they lack more variety of tennis shoes and shoes.

This is a really nice and well stocked Ross. I actually think this is the best one I've ever been to, and I've been to many in 7 different states. It's clean, organized, good employees. It's not a mess and it's got a better vibe than any other one I've been to!

I had my first bad experience at Ross this morning. I went in to return some jeans. I had the receipt and all the tags except the price tag. They were only $11.99. There were only two employees at the front and I asked about the return and was told to go through the purchase lane which had no one in it. I did as I was told and handed the girl my receipt and all the tags that I took off the jeans. The clerk asked me if I had another receipt. I said why would I have another receipt. then she said do you have the price tag and I said there was not one. I pointed to her where the jeans were on the receipt and she issued a refund. Both ladies were discourteous Neither one welcomed me in or even said have a great day. I had just bought the jeans the Friday before the Monday that I came into return them
