We’re about two and a half months into our lease of a property managed by RLM and thus far I’ve been very impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of all their staff from application through move in.I have to give a specific hat tip to Rhonda, who went beyond the call of duty to help us resolve a maintenance issue recently when we were about to leave for vacation. She and Fred, their maintenance person, took initiative when the work order was initially canceled by the owners (due to the HVAC being under warranty) and helped ensure we got it handled prior to leaving.

They will let your lease run out and let the owner sell the house from underneath you they do not stay on top of it not happy with their service

We live in California, and recently bought a home in Texas for the future of our family. It had been a difficult decision for us two years ago thinking about moving out of state. And we finally did it. At first, we left the home vacated for a while, just to use it for our family vacation. Then we decided to put it up for rent lately. I had been searching for too many property managements but could not find a decent one. One day, I found RLM from the Google app, picking up the phone, and make a call, it was my pleasure speaking to Ms. Hayley. She was very honest, supportive, informative, and explains to me everything about the rental process as a property owner. I felt that I earned the trust from her right away. What I meant was from the start of the listing untill renting it out. Do not lease from this management company! Don’t waste your application fee.These realtor aren’t professional! They will ask you to submit all sorts of tax document, check stubs, statements twice before they run credit and background. Also if you suffered hardship during pandemic don’t apply you will get declined. If you apply get ready to send a different document every day.

We just moved into our new home - the whole process has been very smooth. The Staff are quick to respond and very eager to assist. They truly make us feel like this is our home and not just a tenant. Vickie and Hayley are super responsive and wonderful to work with. I would suggest anyone looking for a home to lease, to rest assured this company is really top notch!!

Perhaps the staff was overwhelmed or having a bad day, in my personal experience, they are neither professional nor compassionate by phone. Figured I would try email for correspondence but it took 4 days to get a response about a major plumbing issue at a rental property. Online portal is not user friendly and doesn't help to speed up response time for issues.

RLM has always served us well. If we ever had a maintenance issue it was handled with great speed and total professionalism.
