Hello Collin, hon you were wrong; Regions 1-800 fixed my Zelle lock out in 10 min. When I told the tech guy you told me to google Zelle & call them because it wasn’t Region problem you were not only rude but wrong. I found Zelle # they said call your bank; when I told them I did. I was told common sense isn’t right in this case by you Collin. Come to find out you have no sense of what you are doing at all. You told me pretty much it’s not your problem. You are condescending & disrespectful to your customers. Threatening to hang up on me because my voice showed my frustration was a cowards move. I knew it made no sense you saying you partner with Zelle & can’t fix lock out. Well I found out you raised my blood pressure for nothing. Learn your job, you just endangered my health for nothing.

Regions Bank can also help you manage your pension. They have investment personnel who will place your funds in safe accounts for seniors. They can advise you on different investments. Give them a try. It beats paying someone to take care of your money.

We have had our same account for over 30 years. Mathew Campbell is awesome. We love Kizzy and miss seeing her now that she relocated to another location. Our kids have grown and are now Regions customers. We will always recommend Regions.

I set and appointment to meet a merchant manager twice and she didn't make the first appointment because she said we got our days mixed up and the following week after we set the date of August 2, 2023 to meet at 10:00am I showed up and she wasn't there...not professional at all.?

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.I have been a client of this bank for a few years now and I am leaving as soon as possible, This location and company over all have terrible customer service and do not give their best to the customers no solutions ever given. my PAYROLL check has been placed on a hold for almost two weeks! And I'm met with "leave a review, I don't blame you for wanting to leave, call the customer service number" clearly the staff has no pride or faith in the company they are employed for, extremely SAD!

I was a Region's client for years until I experienced fraud on my account. Regions was negligent in the way they dealt with this fraud. I was having repeated fraudulent charges from xfinity mobile.I am not an xfinity mobile client. While Regions cancelled the debit card that was compromised, they did not put a block on my actual account to prevent further fraud so everytime they issued me a new card, the person who hacked me continued to charge my account. The third time this occurred, one of the Regions employees actually had to audacity to accuse me of making these fraud charges saying it was rather suspicious that the charges kept occuring. I did not appreciate this at all. Of they had done their job properly, the charges would have stopped. I have closed my account and switched banks. As I was closing my account. I was told that my account had not been properly marked/handled as a fraud issue. Very disappointing as I was a Region's client for over a decade. I expected more from my bank.I have had ZERO issues with fraud at my new bank.

I had a bad time because of the treatment of the teller that attended me today. I went to cash a Western Union money order and what I received were questions such as what nationality I am (seeing my license is from Texas and I am American) and what I wanted the money for. This is not resolved with an “I'm sorry.”.

BEWARE of Regions Bank! They have mishandled our accounts twice! Sending money (UNAUTHORIZED!) via check to our partner companies in other countries. The check never arrived. We had tens of thousands of dollars that we could not access due to negligence.I have tried to close the account with them for over a month now and they simply do not respond to emails or phone calls.Because I cannot reach them via email nor per phone, I am reaching out here on social media to hopefully receive attention.I switched to Mercury Bank! Highly recommend.

My favorite branch to do business. Kizzy and staff are always attentive and give great customer service. My family and I have been loyal account holders for years because of dedicated workers such as this crew on Louetta.

Everyone’s always so bubbly when I walk into this location, no matter the time of day.. whenever I have an issue it gets taken care of without hesitation.. I’ve tried other branches but this location by far is the best..
