Spent +$240 water resistant safety toe boots. Front of the boot started leaking, took them in and was told that's normal wear and tear after only wearing them for 6-7 months. Never again.

Bethany was so helpful and nice. She measured my feet, got me in the correct size, and explained why the boot I chose would be great for the job I do. I'm on my feet all day and the insoles have made my back and knees less painful at the end of the day. THANK YOU REDWING!

Abill did an amazing job getting me fitted and helped me find the right insoles for me. The app used to find the pressure points was great and really helped me understand the best option for me. Looking forward to coming back and buying more!

In the past I had a bad experience with the boots and it took me a while to try again with the company I work for. The sales person was great and patient with me and help me out with trying on a few different styles. After she did my foot exam and asked what bits I was interested in she pulled them and explained in detail about the choices. I went with the eco lite boots and today was the first day in them and wow what a difference in getting the right boot and set up. Thanks for all the help and looking forward to coming back in the future.

They didn't have my size in the work shoes that I needed. But, the sales rep did a search and located them in one of their other stores. I didn't even have to ask, she was already trying to locate them. That's great customer service in my book. And I did purchase them, and it was worth it!

Only customer in the store. Me: “I’m looking for a lightweight, inexpensive safety shoe.” Sales: “These sections will work for you.” (Motions to three sections with 40 styles) Me: “Which ones are the lightest?” Sales: “They all feel the same weight.” (?) Me: “Can you point me to the least expensive ones?” Sales: “I already showed you the sections. It’s up to you to decide.” Me: “I guess I can go somewhere else?” Sales: “Ok”

Needing boots for work & needed comfort, plus dependable, I take medication that affects my feet & work on concrete for 12 hr days - staff was very helpful to explain different boots , insoles, & what should be best for me , was amazed by standing on the scale it could tell me what should work the best

Owner told me my boots couldn’t possibly be too small even when I explained to him they hurt to even wear driving. Then proceeded to be condescending throughout my visit. Try a different franchise, guy doesn’t want your business
