If I could give zero stars I would. I called to check stock and good news they had it. I drove from 40 min away and just caught every light and got lost in the parking lot for a second because it's my first time here.. got there at 12 and the door was locked and the drawer was being counted with her child inside running around. understand if I was more late than that but right at 12.. really? My order is already at the counter and I'm using a card. I'm deviated to say the least. All the other locations have been out of my color for weeks. I'm not expecting special treatment this just left a very sour taste in my mouth because we had already talked on the phone and she knew how excited I was that it was in stock and that I was heading directly there. I will not be coming back.

I love this location only because of Martha. She is so helpful, provides such a refreshing greeting every time. I don’t double guess coming to this location and ask for recommendations. She has helped me pick out so many products and they have all worked out.

I love this location but y’all gotta change your hours online. Just spend half an hour of my morning driving here to be here by 8 just to see the door says they open at 9. I just wasted my morning :(

This place is out of stock on things every time I go. The staff is very rude and not helpful. The prices are inconsistent. Save yourself the headache and stick with Armstrong (or go to a different location RDA)

Well... hairstylists I would not shop at RDA Promart! They gave me three boxes of the wrong color in December. I put one of those tubes in my hair Sunday. My hair started turning purple. I had to quickly wash it out and put the right color in. Upon returning they would only give me two out of three tubes because the Regional manager said it had been over 30 days. Well I don't color my hair for about 4-6 weeks at a time. For 7 dollars they have lost me as a customer. I will be going to Armstrong and Mcall from now on! The ladies at the store were nice but I think I was pretty nice for putting the wrong color in my hair at their mistake!

Good god. This location is utter crap. The employees look like they hate their job, the store smells like old milk and melting plastic combined, and the energy is horrendously depressing. I know not every store is rainbows and sunshine but there are some major improvements that this store can do.

Yeah I went in today and I was just trying to return two hair products that I got but I ended up getting in the wrong color and when I originally bought them nobody told me that they weren't taking returns and or exchanging even though the product stayed in the bag unused and I still had my receipt. So now it's just going be sitting on my shelf and if they weren't taking returns or exchanging, then they need to tell their customers that because I don't think I'm going to go back there after the crappy customer service, they treated me like it was an inconvenience to them, all I wanted to do was exchange for a different color of hair color because I bought the wrong one.
