15 years, I keep going back. I TRUST Raul and Chucho, they know cars. if you have a quote from another shop, take it to them, they can get competitive. Moises does their paint and body work, and I have seen some real fine work. custom panels fabricated. Classics restored, color changes, for only a little more than you might pay at Maaco, but for real quality. Once I was getting a whole car repaint, and at my suggestion, he gladly added a little extra metalflake. He knows what he's doing. The thing I like about this place, is that they can discuss options with you. I drive older model cars, and sometimes what the dealer would do to "make it right" is more than I want to invest in the car. Raul won't do a halfway job, without you knowing the risk. As with any shop, be clear on what the checkout and estimate cost is, before you authorize the repair. And be sure to agree on what day the car is to be ready. Wherever you go, these are commonly the misunderstandings that create low ratings.
