Very clean and tidy. Helpful workers. It would be nice if they had a restroom. The sweet young lady said she has to wait for her lunch break and walk to HEB to use their restroom. She was considering getting adult diapers. I am in the medical field and suggest her not to use them long term. I really worry for these employees and UTI's

I LOVE this store! They have such a wide selection of fun gifts for all ages and such a nice and organized selection of cards. The staff is the absolute best and so helpful. I've never had a bad experience here.

I had pre-ordered an Astros WS 2022 keepsake ornament and they called me when it came in (from wait list) and it was very organized. The store is beautiful with a huge variety of cards. It's in a good location near an H‑E‑B, Starbucks, Spec's Liquor and other stores. I'm surprised I didn't find them sooner! I believe it was last year when I found this gem! Enjoy!!

Karen's HALLMARK is a wonderful display many beautiful items ...The cards alone takes up about I/3 of the store .Christmas gifts are on display for purchase ...All year ?The team is very warm and personal .I have returned to the store several times as we have visited family here in Spring before .Yay , today I signed up for a HALLMARK CUSTOMER CARD ‼️We are from out of town , LancasterPA , and they do not have a HALLMARK STORE THERE ⛄

Located in the Kleinwood Center at the corner of Stuebner-Airline and Louetta, Rachael's is a typical Hallmark store. I have always found it to be well stocked with cards; most recently I was shopping for Valentine's Day cards and found the perfect card in the shop's significant selection. Although the Valentine's Day gift wrap selections were limited, I did find what I needed. The store had some nice gift items, including casual clothing, collectibles, and candles, and I was able to pick up some nice butter socks at half price. I also found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. However, customers might want to think twice about purchasing the Sweet Shoppe candy in the front display case. I bought a piece for myself and a box of dark chocolate caramels for my husband. After tasting my sample, I'm regretting the purchase. The candy was stale and tasted vaguely like peppermint--although my piece was supposed to be toffee. My guess is that the candy in the display case had been there for so long that the chocolate shells were absorbing odors from one another. The candies were quite pretty and reasonably priced, but the taste was definitely off. But if you need a card or gift wrap, you should be able to easily find what you need in this shop.
