Incredible service, and hospitality! Highly recommend. My Lincoln MKC was slow to turn, so I knew it was either the battery, or alternator. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic, which they tested for free, and made me aware that it was just the battery, which they not only also changed the battery for free, but also reset the computer information as well! I was very impressed that they would go so far as to help a first time visitor who not any had never been there before, but also gave me their services for free. They really value every person who comes in, and look for relationships over translations. A breath of fresh air! Again, highly recommended ?

I changed my tires in discount tire and they broke two wheel bolts. They sent me to R & E auto repair to fix it. Changed my bolts for free. It was fast and wonderful service which I appreciate because I work with the car. Thank you!!

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!!! Don’t even bother with anywhere else. I was being taken advantage of by my last mechanic all year!! He would charge me for brand new parts and replaced the parts in my car with another used part from a junk car!! I was recommended to come here from a friend and I’m so glad I did! They were very friendly and explained everything that was wrong with my car and made me aware of what my last mechanic was doing. AND! After looking at my vehicle and realizing the extent of the damages, they could have just billed me and worked on it, But instead they gave me options and didn’t charge me to diagnose my vehicle. THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS FAMILY!! I sadly do need to get a new car, but when I do. I will NEVER make the mistake in taking it somewhere else ever again. You guys have a forever loyal customer!Thank you guys so much for the kindness you showed me! (Especially when I started crying)

Great and Knowledgeable Shop. They are very honest with your vehicle. I have had it repaired multiple times and they are the ones who was honest. AAA told me it was not the battery but after his success diagnostic it was the battery and already had a warranty so he saved me money instead of making up things like other shops. Please bring them your vehicle for all your needs.

Absolutely incredible customer service. I had taken my car to a mechanic and they were recommending having my control arms replaced for over $1500. I decided to hold off and take it here under recommendation from family and I was not disappointed. They drove my car around, inspected it, and said nothing was wrong and no service was needed. Absolutely genuine and kind and they have definitely earned my business going forward.

The two gentlemen Elad and George are most honest and helpful. My alternator went out right before Labor weekend. I didn't expect the car to be repaired the same day I brought it in. A few hours later, I was informed they found the part and got it replaced. I'm very satisfied with the customer service and their work. I highly recommend them.

This is the best auto mechanic!! The service is amazing. They have help me twice with my Honda civic. This last time they even got a locksmith and help me with they keys. They definitely go far beyond to help their customers. Highly recommended. Thank you guys for all your help. I appreciate you!!

I needed to find a reputable shop in the Spring area to perform a pre-purchase inspection on a car I was looking at. Definitely wanted to understand what I was getting into prior to committing. R&E enthusiastically agreed to perform the inspection (for a fee) and provide me the findings. This gave me peace of mind.In the end, I did not need the work performed (seller was adding extra markup not initially disclosed), but I was grateful to be supported by R&E. Thank you.

Completely overhauled my a/c system including having to remove dash. Saved me over $1,000.00 compared to two other estimates I received. (Never went to dealership for estimate as it would have been even higher). One of the prior estimates cost me 200.00 just to get their quote. R&E looked at it for free, scheduled the repair and no worries. In the end, no extra surprises, he sent me pictures as he did the work. Pretty scary when you see your car with the entire dash removed. So glad we found this place.Elad even researched and found out I had an airbag recall that had never been completed. I bought this car new and never plan on getting rid of it.I’m sure I will be using R&E for all my vehicles in the future. Wish I’d found them sooner in life as I would have spent less in auto bills. Elad and his team are amazing mechanics and compassionate toward their customers. Recently, when my car broke down, before calling for a tow truck, I called Elad. Not only did he walk me through some troubleshooting over the phone, but he drove to my location and gave my car a look-over. In the end, my battery had to be replaced, but Elad gave me a jump, and I was able to drive to a nearby auto parts store! It saved me a tow and days of headache. In addition, after using his garage service for over 6 years now, he has always been fair, honest and my car, as well as my son's, have been kept in top working order by Elad and his team!

I felt like family the moment I walked in!!! Elad was recommended to me by a very good friend of mine who has the same foreign high performance vehicles as me and said R&E is definitely the place to go for vehicle maintenance and repair. R & E auto is the place to take your car when you need a repair. The people at this shop are HONEST and reasonable. I own a very rare vehicle( manual 6 speed Porsche Cayenne) and when my cars clutch went out in the middle of the road I had it towed to the shop nearest my home, fortunately, it was R&E. The parts my car wound up needing are mostly only available through the dealerships repair service. R&E was very honest about this and charged me nothing( yes $0) for the time they spent inspecting/ working on and resourcing parts and let me know that my car would be able to be repaired much faster through the dealership rather than waiting for the parts to become available to them.
