I recently had my car serviced at the Goodyear shop and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They did an excellent job changing my oil, brakes, and tires. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The quality of work exceeded my expectations. I feel confident in the safety and performance of my vehicle now. I highly recommend Goodyear for all your automotive needs

the owner/manager of this facility is very courteous and "hands on"in the care and maintenance of the vehicles there for service from small issues to large ones to yearly inspection for stickers..i have been going there for a few years now,and since eli took over the operation about 5 years or so ago,there is a remarkable difference..i recommend this facility to anyone who wants true "customer service"..i noticed the name change from last year,and i did forget to ask eli why,but as long as the service is still great,the name doesnt matter!

Came in the other day for an alignment check, and multipoint inspection check. Ignacio tells me it will be a wait of about 1 hour and 30 minutes. It turns out Waited for 3 long hours. Suddenly a mechanic comes up and asks me what is wrong with the car. Like there is no communication with the service desk. I have to repeat myself and say that I need an alignment check and multipoint inspection check. 10 minutes later my car is pulled up and some man gives me an alignment paper that doesn't look right because the top portion which is supposed to show the alignment before and it showed nothing. The man doesn't even tell me if the alignment was fixed or not and did they even do a multipoint inspection? Like I waited 3 long hours just for my car to be ready in 10 minutes and nothing was done to it because the car still pulls to the left.

They tried getting away with charging me for a tire plug , something that's free anywhere else you go. Fast service and nice mechanics but front will try to scam for your money so go in knowing your stuff.

Wonderful experience! I decided last night that I should have my tires rotated and aligned before I traveled out of town. I found this place online and decided this is where I would go. I was there before they opened with my fingers crossed they would be able to do it within my timeframe. I was welcomed in promptly at 8 and on my way very quickly. I also decided to go ahead and get an inspection and a new tire while I was there too. I wasn't super confident I would find a place to do it right on the spot but gave it a shot. We will definitely be bringing all of our vehicles here from now on. Great service and trustworthy! Reasonable pricing!

Great locally owned business. Eli and his staff always take care of me with our vehicle's. Inspections to more in-depth mechanical issues he is my first and often last stop.

Let me start by saying the service gentleman was very professional. He quoted a price way more than I expected to pay, and I denied service without a problem. I would never pay for my rotors to get replaced if they are still in good enough condition after being resurfaced. The part that I found the most troubling was paying $25 for a brake check. I have never heard of a company charging for a brake check. Like I stated the gentleman was professionally and took my payment with a smile. Thanks but no thanks.Update:

Elias and his crew provide excellent service on the vehicles, they are really knowledgeable and service all models. Elias the owner is always there and makes sure each customer gets exactly what the vehicle needs, he doesn't try to sell any extras and their prices for the quality auto service and customer care received are incomparable. Highly recommend this shop!
