“This Postal Annex location is part of my life's tapestry! I have been a customer for 10 years or even more! The staff is exceedingly friendly, always accommodating and extremely accurate. When I walk in I feel I am part of the family and am treated well by all the staff. They do get very busy but never too busy to greet everyone who comes in. They don't have to tell their customers that they are appreciated because their every day acts of service proves how much they do. One can never be too careful today with package pirates and those going thru your mail searching for what might feel like a gift card or credit card. The service is always spot on; I half-expect Wayne to greet me with a confetti cannon every time I walk in! Fast and friendly? More like lightning-speed with a side of sunshine. Plus, the store is conveniently located, making it easier to stop by than it is to decide what to have for lunch. And don’t even get me started on the parking situation—ample spaces galore! You could park a small army here and still have room for your car.
As for pricing, it’s so reasonable you’ll wonder if they’re giving it away for free. Wayne explains every charge thoroughly, so you won't leave feeling like you've just been hit by a surprise fee truck.
In short, if you want excellent service wrapped in a friendly smile (and maybe even a dad joke or two), go to PostalAnnex. I highly recommend it!

“2024: This place is still hands down the best place to send overseas packages. The local UPS was a disaster. I'm amazed that people find Nina rude as that has never been my experience.

“If you need to ship framed artwork across the country and need it packed well and in a humongous box, this is the place to go! Yes, it's pricey to ship artwork if you want it done right, but that's the way you have to do it. Hats off to staff member LEO, who wrapped my three framed artwork pieces so well that they might be miniature Ft. Knox's. The box was indeed humongous and filled with mountains of styrofoam popcorn (don't like the stuff but it was necessary!). The humongous box and its priceless (to me) contents arrived on time and were perfectly pristine. Thanks to the Spring, TX UPS Store and especially to Leo for a job well done!”

“There’s not too much that can “wow” someone when going into a UPS store. However, my experience was a 10/10 today. Scott was personable, immediately acknowledged me soon as I walked in the store, was very professional and courteous. I was in and out of the store in less than 7-minutes. That’s including me having to send emails with tracking labels, getting the labeled printed, carefully boxing up my item (I was underprepared) and still having small talk while accomplishing everything.”
