We enrolled our daughter Nov 27, 2023. Two weeks in- I can say we made the right choice! My daughters teacher's Ms. Baldwin, Ms. Gallegos and Ms. Benitez always go above and beyond to make sure our daughter and her classmates have a pleasurable experience. When my husband drops her off in the morning she gets a snack and goes off to play. In the afternoons when we pick her up (whether its my husband or I) we are always greeted with a smile. Ms. Baldwin and Ms. Gallegos at times, appear in my daughters pictures- whether they're holding her or combing her hair, it brings peace of mind knowing these ladies truly care for our kiddos. I cant thank them enough for all their hard work. They also have EXCELLENT communication- we are always informed and updated! Kuddos to the whole team. It provides comfort knowing that they truly care. Thank you!

These people look down on people if you don't look like them. They told me they have 3 spots open. I came right away. Immediately they saw me their attitude changed. One of them called the lady who was about to attend to me. She came out and told me they no longer have opening.

We started taking our infant son to Primrose Harmony when he was 4 months old. I was hesitant to take him to daycare when he was so young but it was time for me to go back to work. Ever since our first day at Primrose, the attentiveness of the staff and teachers as well as the communication, organization and energetic positivity have helped to make me more comfortable being away from my son. I still miss him everyday but am assured knowing he is in good hands. He is excited to see his infant classroom teachers when I drop him off and is usually playing and giggling when I pick him up in the afternoon. His teachers are receptive and communicative about our son's care. Mrs. Cartagena is the main teacher in the infant classroom and she is a kind and caring caregiver and educator to our son. The teachers post updates about the skills he is practicing each day in the app and we get photo updates with real time information about his naps, meals, and learning. Consistent with other reviews, the other staff members besides his teachers are always very friendly and all know Walker and greet him by name.
We would recommend this facility!

Our oldest son started at Primrose when he was about a year old and we immediately loved it, he’s had a wonderful experience. We recently had a baby and I was worried about starting him as an infant because I had to go back to work sooner than last time. One of the ladies in the infant room, Mrs. Cartagena, was a previous teacher of our oldest son so I felt comfortable that someone familiar would be in the room with him. We have once again had a great experience! Both Mrs. Cartagena and Mrs. Thueson in the infant room are fantastic. I love that all the staff know both of our children personally and I can tell they care about them. They post pictures of them regularly throughout the day and let us know immediately if they even just bump their head. We love Primrose and all of the staff!

My son was 11 weeks old when he started at Primrose. I very hesitant when I enrolled him because well, first time parent and of course feeling that no one will care for your child the way you do. Mrs. Cartegena was the young infant teacher and boy, did she blow me away. She is so attentive and caring, my boy just loves her. We had a great open line of communication, I always knew what was going on with the son and when he was reaching new milestones. Then, he moved to the older infant class with Ms. Hernandez. Another phenomenal teacher! Loving, caring, attentive, and great communication. I never felt uneasy about my child being in the care of either of these teachers, they truly are amazing and love what they do. Even to this day, my baby is now almost 2 and as soon as he sees Mrs. Cartagena or Ms. Hernandez, he lights up! He knows they adore him. Quite honestly, he loves them just as much as they love him. All of the teachers are very welcoming and happy, we are always greeted with a smile

Go elsewhere! A huge turn around in infant teachers and every day there was someone new in my daughter’s class. I finally asked what was going on because the front desk never informed the parents about the turnaround in teachers. They will smile and fake in your face until you enroll, then after, the faces all changed to bad attitudes, but you can clearly tell that this was just a job to them and not a passion to work with kids. Any time I had a concern, Daniels (the manager) motto was "kids will be kids”! I will never understand why anyone would choose to work in childcare when they were not forced to apply and not have a passion for it. They would always send me pictures of my daughter with a runny nose – like how clueless are you? Did you not see the pictures before sending them out to the parents? Did you really think a parent wants to see their child with snot all over their nose? I also would get other kids bottles or belongings sent home in my child’s bag. They showed very low attention to detail! I was also told that the last teacher who was in my child’s class was removed from the older group of kids because she caused a kid to hurt themselves, so they moved her to infants! What??? Which all makes sense to why anytime I had a concern, “Daniels” would automatically side with her staff rather than investigate the situation. And the last straw was when my daughter got sick and ended up at Texas Children hospital for a whole week. They only care about money, so be warned!

We love it here at Primrose! My son is in the EPS 2 class (he’s 2 yrs old) and he is finally excited about going to school again. We switched from another school from the area, and he hated going so much, he’d cry everyday and look miserable when we’d pick him up. Here at Primrose, it’s the exact opposite— His teachers, Miss Celestino and Miss Luhaun (sp) are so sweet and truly love kids. They give off such a good aura and kids can sense those kinds of things. It’s obvious that it’s not just a job to them, they enjoy teaching their students while having fun. This is what parents need; to feel comfortable leaving their kids with people that truly care, are happy, which in turn makes their kids happy to learn and make friends. I could go on and on about them, obviously… The ONLY thing I can say that could be different, is the decor in school. It’s a little dated, kinda dark with wood all over and darker colors, so I’m hopefully they’ll want an update across all of the locations soon. Regardless, the staff look happy to be there, they greet you with a smile when you walk in (which is different from our last school) and people are always happy to help when we have questions. I don’t write many reviews but I’m writing this in hopes that it’ll help parents that are looking, and want to know that this is the school for them. Call them for a tour and get yourselves on the wait list asap— they’re in high demand, for good reason.

We LOVE Primrose of Harmony! The entire team of teachers and staff are fantastic! We never worry about our boys while they are at school because we know they are in great hands! Every teacher is so warm and welcoming, even if our boys have never been in their class. Our boys (2 & 4 yo) love going to school too! The minute we walked in to tour Primrose of Harmony, we instantly knew we’d found the right childcare for our family; they were our 4th provider to tour in our search. It’s such a loving environment! Zero complaints!

Great school in the area. Kids learning at an accelerated rate and love their teachers. Staffing seems to be a challenging issue, but that is a case across the board and not anything special to this school. Would recommend over experiences with other schools.

Honestly, I would NEVER recommend. This place is not only disgusting, the staff has terrible attitudes. It’s ridiculous.
If you have your children here, I would highly
recommend you consider somewhere else.
