Honestly.... this company came to inspect our home for a potential buyer. The inspector, Larry, was incredibly through. Actually... he did such a good job that we had to knock 3k off of our selling price because of something he found. I told my wife that the next time we purchase a home I want that guy to inspect it! If we had used this company and/or that inspector prior to buying our home we would have been saved so many headaches!

I was lucky enough to be referred to this company by my real estate agent. They did two inspections for me within a week! The first one obviously didn't go great for the house but I truly believe they saved me from buying a mistake. The report turnaround was extremely fast and amazingly detailed. Definitely one of the best inspection reports I have seen. There was no question when we walked away and moved onto a next place that we were using them again. They were so knowledgeable and fun to work with. Truly a pleasure having such experts to help work through what can be such a stressful time!

Fernando and Wendy were punctual, very professional and did a very thorough job. They are both very personable and want to show you and explain to you, in terms you can understand, their observations, findings and solutions to problems as they are conducting their inspection.This husband-and-wife team work very well together and it became obvious very quickly that they love what they do and want to provide the best service possible. I would hire them again for any other property I need inspected.

Elissa Martinez from Preferred Home Inspection was professional, responsive, personable, and most importantly very knowledgeable on home construction and mold remediation. She also was compassionate during a time when I was struggling with drying out my house after a flood. Elissa was thorough during the inspection and was patient answering all my questions. After passing the inspection, I felt confident that my home was mold free. She is worth every cent of the certification fee which was very reasonable considering all that it involves. The reports and certification paperwork were received in a timely manner; and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing peace of mind after flood damage.

We hired Preferred Home Inspection for an advanced Stucco inspection. They were very thorough and explained all the issues in detail. Fernando was very responsive and got us on their schedule quickly as we had a tight timeline.

Both Feranado and Wendy were professional and very knowledgeable and certified in many areas of home inspection. We had them do a stucco inspection and they went well over and beyond that scope. Was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend their service.
