First time trying out Post Mates and it was a great experience. The store is well run by Janice and they have everything you need for your personal and business needs. Never going to UPS or fedex again for notaries and shipping.

This location is horrible. I went in to send an international package, and there was no information in the system. I called up two days later to be put on hold for 50 minutes while driving to the location to get some answers. The employees' excuse was they were busy and didn’t know I was still on the line…. The next excuse is that they don’t work at this location and can’t help me. They refused to reach out to the owner who is not be reached until Tuesday. Your staff need to learn customer service and try to assist the customer.
