Wayne, the owner, is awesome! He somehow manages to make mailing packages as enjoyable as binge-watching your favorite show. Seriously, this guy should teach a masterclass on customer service!
The service is always spot on; I half-expect Wayne to greet me with a confetti cannon every time I walk in! Fast and friendly? More like lightning-speed with a side of sunshine. Plus, the store is conveniently located, making it easier to stop by than it is to decide what to have for lunch. And don’t even get me started on the parking situation—ample spaces galore! You could park a small army here and still have room for your car.
As for pricing, it’s so reasonable you’ll wonder if they’re giving it away for free. Wayne explains every charge thoroughly, so you won't leave feeling like you've just been hit by a surprise fee truck.

They don’t have a scanner for QR code, you have to mention this situation because I don’t have time to waist to go and back again , if they don’t provide the software you have to mention it in your web or something like that , I’ll give 3 stars or you want 5

We have been loyal customers since moving here in 2019. However recently an issue came up and Wayne went far beyond anything we could have imagined to help us resolve it! If you’re looking for a place where they value your business and treat you like neighbors look no further!!

I love the proximity to my house of this location, however I must say a couple of times I have been treated in a rude way by the women who do customer service. I am of Latin origin and I can’t help but notice a little of dismissive tones when they speak to me vs other customers. I would advice the owner to train the employees on discrimination policies. I had to walk out today and go to UPS instead, even though is further away from my home. This resulted on lost business for this location. Great products, bad customer service. I must say the owners have been there a couple of times and they are kind and polite, however can’t say the same about the employees. Date 03.26.2024, time 12:40 pm.

I live around the corner and come here often. Not one time have I or my wife been in here has the customer service been pleasant. I have never used the race card but I feel like Im not welcomed each time. My wife and I decided we've had enough and will drive the extra distance to give someone else our business.To the staff and management: clean up your customer service and treat people kindly. Stop pre-judging a book by it cover. Whether you're doing this or not this is our perception because of the customer service you have provided to my wife and I.Edit 1: After scrolling through the comments after I completed the above review, I notice the type of names saying great customer service vs the ones saying its bad. Things that make you go hmmmm ???02/2024 Edit: Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice, shame on me. Once again i entered the store and ask if I can have some docs scanned. The attitude on Kathy is unbelievable! She looked at me as if I were a nuisance, took a deep breathe and said" well, just so you know this is going to take quite awhile." To which I responded "why," knowing it takes the all of but 30 seconds to drop them in and hit scan, the machine does the rest. I was done and out in no more than 5 minutes.However, its the "why are you bothering me" vibes I get damn near everytime I go in there. This time I'm for sure done giving them my money. UPS Store around the corner, here comes a family of people who will use your services.DO NOT COME HERE! TRASH!

I agree to all that that gave bad reviews to this location. There customer service was very poor. I experienced it everytime I dropped off my packages they were pointing who will take it since I have more than 10 packages. And I asked them If i can get my bag back they answered me NO I WILL NOT GONNA DO IT. AND ALL THE PEOPLE THERE JUST TURNED AROUND AND LEAVE ME ANDMY FRIEND WAITING. SO WE LEAVE AND NOT ABLE TO DROP OFF THE PACAKGES. I NEVER WENT THERE AFTER THAT. IF ONLY I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR I WILL PLACE IT HERe.(REPLY TO THE COMMENT)I am just 3 minutes away fro your location so there is now way that I am wrong. Yes this is the right location the one just near to regal benders landing where we always watch. I apologize but you hired 3 wrong people that time. They are 2 of them just sat down and one leave the younger one.

Service is ok. Got charged an extra 25 cents for packing peanuts because I did not have cash on me. As well as no able to process an Amazon return with a QR code. The link Amazon gives has this as the top choice in my area to process the return.
