The experience was flawless.
I had an email from a lawyer that contained a document that I needed to be printed, notarized, scanned into an email and the original mailed back to the attorney’s office.
The staff member that assisted me handled all of these tasks with minimal input from me and far more quickly than I have ever experienced with a similar situation.

I use this place quite often, decided to finally write a review today. Customer service is often the simplest way a business can distinguish itself, yet this particular Postal Annex proves the opposite time and time again. It’s not the first time the staff has been rude, this morning, I was met by a young staff member whose demeanour was extremely rude. She was actually doing me a favour by taking the package. Won’t be going here again…

I just read the other reviews and must add that we are afro-latino and my dad certainly looks it. He asked me to do this review to commend the service he got, so I'm a believer that there's no prejudice here.
Sent my senior pops out to ship a package yesterday with detailed instructions. We needed to send some medications for my mom while she's up visiting family in Ft. Worth area and decided to extend her stay. So needless to say, very important time sensitive items.
I gave him specific instructions to send UPS overnight thinking he'd go to UPS store. I was concerned when I found out that he not only went to the wrong place but he didn't ship next day air saver like I'd asked and used ground cause they assured him it would get there in time. I was WORRIED.
Fast forward to today, I had to call to get tracking info, again he thought he had sent UPS so the numbers he had didn't look right, and a nice young lady i believe named Kris helped me by confirming it was FedEx, tracked it and assured it was likely arriving by 3pm today.
Package made it shortly after that call! I'm thankful they helped him out and didn't just charge him for what I asked but rather gave him the best option and price that worked for him.
That's a rarity these days!
We both appreciate the helpful service, which is also rare these days.

Little shopagewsrt on funds so I dcalled around to see how much it would cost to print sevral hundred letter sized pages with three holes. They were super helpful responded very quickly and the cost less than half of what Home Depot wanted to charge.

I mailed a very important envelope to my morgue in Louisiana on 07/11/2025. I paid for the 2-3 days service. It's a (5) hours drive. Today is 07/23/2025. The package still has not arrived. I could have put (4) stamps on it and it would have arrived within (4) days. The tracking says it's in Shreveport, La. I stopped by The Postal Annex and it was a waste of my time. 😡

I am not sure why people say nasty stuff about this location. I had nothing but great experience here, very professional, kind, quick.
I feel like fraud reviews are being submitted. I hope the owner will be able to fix it with Google.

The markup at this play is crazy. Stamps are about a 50% markup…save yourself the time and money and just go to the post office

Very cold environment. Not welcoming. Racism and prejudice still exists. It's not what one says; its their actions, tone and overall aura. I pray that this man cleanses his heart and mind someday. The negative reviews are absolutely true.

Staff is unprofessional and unpleasant---especially toward people of color. My husband has come here multiple times and each time they are not friendly nor helpful. I've been here, too, to mail items and received the same hostile treatment. However, I've noticed the staff here treats their white customers much better. As a black woman, I do not appreciate this. I've contacted Postal Annex about this and I have not received a response.

If you're looking for a place to handle your shipping and printing needs, PostalAnnex is the hidden gem you never knew you needed—kind of like that last slice of pizza in the fridge that you didn't think would still be there.
Wayne, the owner, is awesome! He somehow manages to make mailing packages as enjoyable as binge-watching your favorite show. Seriously, this guy should teach a masterclass on customer service!
The service is always spot on; I half-expect Wayne to greet me with a confetti cannon every time I walk in! Fast and friendly? More like lightning-speed with a side of sunshine. Plus, the store is conveniently located, making it easier to stop by than it is to decide what to have for lunch. And don’t even get me started on the parking situation—ample spaces galore! You could park a small army here and still have room for your car.
As for pricing, it’s so reasonable you’ll wonder if they’re giving it away for free. Wayne explains every charge thoroughly, so you won't leave feeling like you've just been hit by a surprise fee truck.
In short, if you want excellent service wrapped in a friendly smile (and maybe even a dad joke or two), go to PostalAnnex. I highly recommend it!

They don’t have a scanner for QR code, you have to mention this situation because I don’t have time to waist to go and back again , if they don’t provide the software you have to mention it in your web or something like that , I’ll give 3 stars or you want 5
