I typically use another postal annex and never have any issues. Today, I went to this one and wasted my gas and time. I went in to drop off 12 packages that were not very big at all. I was told that they could not take them. I asked why and the man said they have a limit. I asked what the limit was and he said two or three, which means there is no official limit because that would indicate an actual official number. I asked if he could take four and he said no. He told me that the store is for convenience and that I could go to the post office. I find it extremely odd that a store that is made to solely accept packages for convenience won’t accept your packages. Seems rather…inconvenient. I went to my regular one and had no issues at all. I asked if there was a limit at other stores or through corporate and they said no. Sounds like this location just doesn’t like to work. I also contacted corporate and got the response in the photo. This store is just making up their own policies.

This Postal Annex location is part of my life's tapestry! I have been a customer for 10 years or even more! The staff is exceedingly friendly, always accommodating and extremely accurate. When I walk in I feel I am part of the family and am treated well by all the staff. They do get very busy but never too busy to greet everyone who comes in. They don't have to tell their customers that they are appreciated because their every day acts of service proves how much they do. One can never be too careful today with package pirates and those going thru your mail searching for what might feel like a gift card or credit card. I leave everything to my friends at the Postal Annex. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Yogi, Mr. Barry and Mr. Lee. Thank you guys for taking care of me!! Donna Wick :-)

Comes up as authorized FedEx location. This location is not a fedex. As such QR codes cannot be used and they will charge to print labels.

This place is great. I don’t come by as often as I used to, but I used to ship all over the country and internationally a few times a week, and they were my go-to stop. Always nice, professional, and treated me well. Would recommend to anyone!

I come here often to drop off packages . They are all very friendly and helpful ! They are usually busy but they get everyone taken care of quickly ! Rent a po box . Drop off for fed ex too . They have a nice assortment of cards and little gifts for sale . Lots of packaging options. Also a computer that you can use for a small fee . A couple dollars for a few minutes . You can forward your email with the shipping label attached and they will print it for you for 50cents . Very convenient location too !
