Saw review of 1 stating Nina is rude....she's far from it, in fact, she's been very gracious and helpful. Maybe the one she was rude to probably brought it on themselves and deserved it.

I wish I could give fewer stars than one for the service I have received at this location. The staff, or the woman I spoke with in particular, is rude, entitled, and unhelpful. I made a call to this facility to inquire about a package that was scheduled for FedEX Priority Overnight that my father paid $200 for. It was a very important package that I am in medical need of. Because the staff clearly does not understand how to print labels and set the commitment date for the same date that they communicated it would be delivered, I will not be getting this shipment next day. I will be getting it DAYS later. When I called, I was firm, but I spoke the truth. The associate refused to talk to me, even though I was very calm (and right), and hung up on me. Claiming to know my parents, and that she would prefer to talk to them. That is not how customer service works. And I don't care what they have to say, or if they reply to this review - I have already poured too much energy into this. Moral of the story - do not use their services. You will overpay, and you will pay for a service that is inconsistent to what you actually receive.

THEY DON’T HAVE AN ON-SITE NOTARY.Called ahead to confirm they notarized wills. I got there and they sent me around the corner to AAA (I don’t have a membership). Unhappy

Been going here for several years. Everything is clearly labeled where it goes whether FedEx ground, express, UPS, etc. Never had any problems will continue to use for all my shipping needs.

The African American lady behind the counter was absolutely horrendous at this particular location to say the least. She absolutely likes everyone to know where packages go as soon as you walk in the door even if it your first time this was very alarming to me as she started to pick up a very mean attitude when I could not figure it out right away. Also the fact that I can read multiple other reviews that explain a similar situation happening to others makes me realize that this store doesn't give much care about customer experience and they haven't for years. Once I had figured out where the packages go I set them in the bin and expected them to be scanned same day as it was very urgent that I got a receipt and an email confirming my packages were dropped off, instead the lady told me she could not scan those in until next day. The moral of the story is if you want something done by a grown adult that doesn't act like a child I would suggest you do not go to this store

I needed to drop of a package and wanted to be in an out. Upon entering, there was only one worker and one customer in the store so I was not waiting long. I needed to print out a return label and noticed that there were no computers. It was my turn to be serviced and apparently you are charged for everything. Need to print? There's a fee. Need to email your label to the store? That's a fee. Need your box taped? That's a fee. Not to mention if you want to use your card, you have to spend a minimum of $5. I personally wasn't too pressed about it considering I wanted to be in and out. I can see how it can be inconveniencing to most but I was in a fairly good mood today. The lady that was working there was very meek and non conversational. I was fine with that since I didn't feel like talking anyways. I recommend this place if you want to be in and out and need a quick service. I cannot speak on P.O. Boxes or any other services that are provided there but my overall experience was fairly pleasant. I definitely will return especially since it's close to my residence.
