Left Fleet truck for oil change, tire rotation, and check noise in rear end or a week and a day. (Dropped on Saturday 10/21 picked up on Monday 10/30). Called on Friday to confirm it would be ready on Monday (10/30) as I needed it for work. THEY DID NOTHING....SAID IT WOULD BE READY LATE TODAY. WHAT THE FLIP?????? This is the worst service and customer service experience I have ever had. Do not take your vehicle here for ANY service, Do not purchase a vehicle here. Unbelievable now I get to spend my day getting all this done no stars given.

Do not take your vehicle here for service. On October 10th my husband and I took his F150 for water pump replacement.Initially, we had the truck diagnosed by Pep Boys across the highway and could have had it repaired next day. However, instead we towed the truck to the Planet Ford's service department across the highway after being told the truck would be repaired in 3-5 days. We elected to use Planet Ford over Pep Boys (and wait out the 3-5 days) in hope of receiving a more professional repair and customer experience.On October 17th, 1 week after towing the truck to Planet Ford, we had not received any communication from the dealership. Several calls were made by us on the 17th and were told each time we would get a call back with an update. No call back was received and finally after 5-6 more calls initiated by us, we finally were told they would move the truck up I. The queue for diagnostic review. The morning of October 19th, after receiving (again) no communication from Planet Ford, we called again for an update. The service technician provided us with the information we already knew, water pump replacement needed. A few other details included. No update provided when the repair would be done. My husband and I then travelled up to Planet Ford after I got out of surgery only to accomplish nothing. While I lay in my car sick and in need of a direct ride home from hospital, my husband spent 40 minutes in a rude conversation with a service team manager, who, all of a sudden found "more issues" for repair, that were not disclosed by the service tech that morning. Additionally, the service manager just fed my husband w/excuse after excuse as to why it has been 9 days with no communication from Planet Ford and provided nothing but hostility and no reliable and honest communication. Also, no estimate repair date.Today, 10/20, we receive a text message stating that the repair would take Planet Ford another 5-7 days to complete. This repair being a water pump replacement we could have had completed on 10/11 by Pep Boys. As a reminder. Planet Ford told us on 10/10 they would have our repair completed in 5-7 days and now we are told it will be complete in total of 17 days. We are now forced to rent a car because I have follow up appointments following my surgery yesterday. I have had to share my vehicle with my husband. Also, we are left with no alternative but to wait another full week for Planet Ford to follow through. If we pay to tow the truck to another shop, we will not get the truck until mid next week. Either way, we continue to be screwed over by this unprofessional dealership!This dealership is not worthy of a single star I am forced to give.

I would give 0 if I could. My car has been there a month I keep being told about the engine department and only has 4 mechanics and that there are 22 cars ahead of mine. Engine light came on (I have a warranty) they are saying it jumped trimming. The only way to confirm what's wrong is to tear the engine completely down and I have to guarantee them $1600 just to find out if this is a warranty item or not. Even after doing that I can't get a phone call returned no messages are returned. I called day after day and every once in a while I'll get a response and he's like a politician he talks and says nothing he gives no answers just says he'll let me know he'll check you'll get back with me he'll find out. I don't even know what to do anymore.I'm supposed to get a loaner car with my warranty he's told me that for the last month all the loaner cars are out I said you you mean to tell me in the last three weeks no cars have come back he said yes some have come back that I have to give them out in the order the cars came in. That would indicate there a peoples cars that have been there longer than mine which I have a hard time imagining.

Worst location ever. I called to set up an appointment for my recalls. First time they transferred me and left me on hold forever. Second time transferred me and went straight to voicemail. Third time I was trying to set up an appointment up and they hung up on me.

Great job, and considering it was Memorial Day weekend, the work was done in about a week. Enterprise picked me up, and when the truck was ready, I just left rental there. The only thing I see that needs improvement is communication. Everyone was nice and professional.

Don't even bother going there horrible customer service in every single department. They definitely lost a loyal customer and a constant support i have purchase multiple vehicles here and will definitely not be going back. And definitely not going to be recommending them any more. Nobody was able to help fix the mistake they did. And no help from Upper management. I bought my car from planet Ford a year ago and I got the warranty, so when my car stopped turning on I decided to take it to the dealership to get a look at. Bad idea. So, when I took it to them everything went well. The issues started when they called to tell me the car was ready. A guy named Blake called to tell me that the car was ready but then proceeded to tell me I owe them 630 bucks which was a shock to me because I just put a new battery in my car and assumed the issues were with the starter which should be covered under warranty. So I ask Blake why was the price so high he told me it was because they ran 2 diagnostic test one for the battery and one for the windshield wipers and also the billing hours for the mechanics. I told the guy who I dropped my car off too to not do any work that isn't covered under the warranty he wrote that on the sheet of paper and said ok. So I asked Blake why did they run windshield diagnostics when it's not covered under the warranty and also why no one called me beforehand to ask if I wanted that work done. Blake told me the just do the work on the paper. So, I don't really understand that but I'm not upset about it because in my mind I didn't ask so I shouldn't pay. So, I asked Blake what was wrong with the car he said we couldn't find anything wrong with the battery. So I ask what am I paying for that's when he told me about the 2 diagnostic test. Unsatisfied with that I ask to speak to his manager. This is when the second issue began. So he transferred me to this guy and naturally I assume this is the service center manager. So, I explain the situation to this guy and truthfully he was extremely helpful, but when I arrived I wanted to ask why I had to pay if they found nothing to fix. The "manager" a guy named JC then proceeded to become exceedingly hostile and rude raising his voice at me and just being and dick. So, I tell this guy to calm down and speak to me with respect that caused a shouting match between us at the end of which he muttered something under his voice and walked out the office. But they did half the price and the receipt says I only paid for the labor. So, I was going to let this go. I got in my car and began living my life slowly forgetting this awful experience. Until the next day when my car wouldn't start. Hence why I am here now. I implore you people thinking to use this place, just don't. Scale to 5 I'll give em a 2 I'd say a one but the car is a decent price.

Thank you Service advisor, Jessica Pittman for the text yesterday confirming my service appointment for this morning. Unfortunately for me you did not return my call yesterday wherein I requested confirmation that the recall items could be completed in a day and that shuttle service would be available. In absence of the simple return call, I drove to my appointment only to learn that all but one item was warranty extensions and the PCM work required I leave my vehicle there for 2 weeks. What a waste of my time which could have been avoided by a simple return call....total BS!

The hour of operation is false, it does not open until 4, I drive an hour to come and pick up my car. When I arrived it said it closed at 1. I went to the main office and there is nothing they can do for me until Monday so I have to drive here again. When visiting this place, please beware of any information you receive online it may not be true.

Well they fix the problem to my car it runs really good but one thing tht was wrong was the balance of the tires were off it would shake go at a speed of 60 to 65 MPH...that's just that problem but everything else was good oh when u take your car over there and it has a full tank dnt be surprised it come back to u on empty....I also had that problem to well thats pretty much it..
