Everytime i go in there service sucks high turn around . .do employees not hand customer their online orders anymore? Since when do customers have to grab their own stuff seems lazy af to me. Pet care supplies is better

Can't say enough good enough things about this Petco location where I got my beautiful Galaxy Koi Betta fish about 5 months ago. Everyone is very helpful especially Mr Jesus. Would definitely recommend.

This location has cancelled my appointment twice both just hours before my visit. Even was mocked by saying there “was a euthanasia appointment at that time.” That’s not cool/ and quite a disrespectful thing to say. I’m just trying to help my dog out. Fix your broken scheduling system. You’ve twice wasted my time and prolonged the time that my dog has had to wait for treatment. Avoid this location.

They keep this store fairly well stocked. Usually have what i need. I do t mind paying a little extra since this is a local store.
