Very ugly to be honest... I didn't like it at all! Messy, bad smell... little inventory and everything as under construction... very strange. But the man at the till was very kind!

I cannot express how upset I am with this grooming. I’m honestly so sad that they did this to my pup. I posted a before picture of him and how they left him. We’ve been taking my pet since he was little to this Petco for his grooming they always did an ok job except for this last time. They’re excuse was that he was being aggressive towards them and I totally understand if that was the case, which it would be the first time in years that he would do that, that they would just proceed to contacting me to tell me they could just simply not handle his grooming due to his aggression. Instead they did this to him. I would have rather them not do anything to him than to give him back to us the way they did. When I called them to tell them what a horrible job they did, Ralston the groomer, told me that it was because he was being aggressive and then accused me of being a liar because according to his records he has only been there 2 times. I think I would know how many times I’ve taken my own pet to get groomed Ralston, and they were not done by YOU! There were better more qualified and professional groomers working there before you. We’ve never been to any other place simply because my dog was always taken care of and he seemed to be cheerful every other time we picked him up. So we felt like he was comfortable there. Then he told me he tried to contact me many times and I did not answer, which is another lie! The only call I received was to tell me my pup was ready and I picked up the phone the first time, they didn’t think it was appropriate to tell me he was being aggressive? They just told me he was ready only an hour after he had been dropped off. I had no other calls from them. I would have rather them deny his grooming that this!! It is completely unacceptable I’m so hurt for what they did to my dog now he’s going to have dry skin because they shaved him when we didn’t even ask them to do so. It really does hurt to see my pup like that he is not an aggressive dog he’s actually the sweetest dog who loves kids and gets perfectly along with my cat. I’m not the one to write reviews but this one hurts my heart and I have to let other people know what they could do to your dog if you take him there. Never again!!! I don’t care that they refunded some money what they did to my dog is priceless and unacceptable. I feel so bad for my dog and they should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to my pup.

Store was nice and neat. Layout made it easy to locate what I wanted. Teller was helpful and friendly.

we have had nothing but issues with the grooming salon at this location. starting with the grooming salon saying my dog had a seizure on the table (which she didn't as i was standing there and saw the whole thing) and finishing with this weekend. 2 weeks ago i took my dog in and allegedly she bit the groomer and "drew blood" which was never told to me on site. when i took her in last week i was told she could only have her nails trimmed by the senior groomer who had left for the day. i said that was fine and i understood. yesterday i called in before going to make sure the senior groomer was there and he then informed me that she had been "referred out" and could no longer come to their store. when i spoke to the store manager he wanted to lie to me and tell me that he told me this the day it happened (which he didn't) and also told me the grooming manager (kenneth) was there (which he wasn't) and that i was told the previous week by the grooming attendant that she wasn't allowed back for grooming (only informed that she was only to be groomed by kenneth). do not go to this store, they will lie to you and blame it on your dog.

brought my dog, ruby, here today for a nail trim in grooming. everybody was so kind, handled her gently and she seemed comfortable with them. they were done so quickly and did a great job. shout out to ralston for being very patient with her :)

The staff is unbearably awkward and rude. In particular the senior woman who usually works cashier (she has mocked and laughed at me multiple times and has no social awareness) and the middle aged man who works with the birds and fish (looks at you with searing hate and distain), they are so terribly rude. I am not a person who is bothered easily, but I DREAD coming to this store mostly because of these staff. I just have to because it is the only one close to me. I come here frequently and always let them know what I need when I walk in the door since I can't get it myself. I then wait in the area for 10 minutes minimum waiting for help. Once I get help they seem like they DO NOT want to be alive, let alone working. Miserable is a good word. They usually have to look everywhere for the items needed to do the job. It is unorganized and the store itself is old. I also got my senior dog groomed there and the cut was really bad and they let a guard on the clippers fall off and they shaved my dogs undercoat off the back of her neck. They gave me a small discount, but it wasn't enough in my opinion. The staff in the groomers were nice, but the compensation for their mistake was not doing it for me to ever come back. Corporate NEEDS to come update this store. It is old and dirty and not efficiently set up AT ALL. I spoke with the manager on the two particular employees last time I was there. He was a very nice and professional younger gentleman I don't see as often. (he is the reson for the second star, because without the conversation I had with him, I'd give this place ONE star). I come here because I have to, but if I had ANY other choice, I would not. Sometimes I have such high anxiety, thinking about going here, that I drive 20 minutes away just to NOT go here. I could see this place being better with some help and completely new staff, but as of right now it's horrible. I'd suggest they visit the pet smart near research forest and 242 on 45. This store is clean, set up so well, and each section has the tools required at hand (as well as a call button for customers to let staff know they need help). Corporate, PLEASE help this store for the love of everything pure in this world, please!!
