Staff is always friendly, only issue I face is them no longer offering the Weruva Kittens Lambur-kitty. I also face issues restocking on Nulo since they always seem to be sold out.
Overall a clean and neat store. Easy to find items.

The is my 2nd encounter with Robbie and I’m NEVER coming back to any Petco ever again. I’m not sure what his issue is but someone in corporate needs to provide this man with the proper training he needs. Unacceptable!!!! Customer service is dead in 2024!

Crystal was the biggest help ever! I decided to get a fish and she taught me everything that they need to know and made sure I was set up with everything I needed. Her knowledge and customer service was so impressive. I wanted to fill out the survey for her but I lost the slip she gave me so I’m leaving a review here. She was so great, I hope she sees this. I went inside to get cat food. Everything was grossly overpriced. Cashier was less than enthusiastic. Didn’t spend a dime… feeling mighty fine.
