I went in Saturday right before they closed. Lidya was very nice, attentive, and extremely helpful. She listened patiently while I explained what was wrong with my kitten. She offered different food options and mentioned that if the food that I bought didn't work, I could bring it back for exchange or refund.
Store was clean and organized. I'll definitely come back. Thank you ladies! ?

Beautiful store but I’m sad they got rid of their big beta fish display. They only had about 5 beta fish and the water was yellow and dirty for a few of them. I almost brought my rating down to 4 stars for that but I was impressed with everything else.

Love this place employees are always super nice and helpful. My husband bought me a beta fish here and they helped me find all things needed for my tank the young lady was very attentive and provided lots of important information very helpful and they always have great deals.

Dog wash stations are excellent. The service is simple & affordable: walk in, let them know what you want, pay, and they give you the shampoo, conditioner, towels, & dryer. The wash stations are well built with tile surround, counter height, and perfect spray nozzle. It's a bit of a drive for me. I will return, but I wish I had one close to my home.

I'm very happy with this place. I use the bath stations when I go here. I wish they had more than 2. They have a good selection of products to use. They have nice employees that are helpful.
