“I went in Saturday right before they closed. Lidya was very nice, attentive, and extremely helpful. She listened patiently while I explained what was wrong with my kitten. She offered different food options and mentioned that if the food that I bought didn't work, I could bring it back for exchange or refund.

“We only go to this place for our two boys. Been going here for a while now and always loved it. We had a not so good experience with other groomers in other place (Petco) before and this place just really is amazing. We always ask for Katie since she understood our concerns from the start. “Such a cute shop in such a cute area, the owner was very helpful in helping find what we were looking for. They paint their bird houses by hand and will even customize on asking. The location has been here for 27 years and it looks great. I will definitely return next time in the area especially when looking for a holiday gift:)”

When I took my baby somewhere else, they did a good job as far as the grooming but, when I picked up my baby he was scared; as if he was mistreated.( and I didn't like that).

“If you are looking for fish, Emily is very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a tank to set up for our 8 yr old and she walked me through every step of the process. I cannot thank her enough for taking the time to explain what and how to help our tank be successful.”
“This place sells fresh water and salt water fish, products, and HUGE fish tanks. They have a wall of bettas. The tanks are clean and the fish seem healthy. I recommend it.”

“Staff is always friendly, only issue I face is them no longer offering the Weruva Kittens Lambur-kitty. I also face issues restocking on Nulo since they always seem to be sold out.
Overall a clean and neat store. Easy to find items.”
