Jose spent extra time making sure the pit came out and waiting for it dry to make sure it came out well & then cleaned the windows on top of it. Good job.

Ray was incredibly helpful, very kind, and repaired my cracked windshield without delay. He made sure to charge me fairly and measured the length of the crack and explained to me that the repair comes with a one year warranty. Excellent service provider. Pulled up and Jose immediately made contact and explained the terms and the process. Stopped the crack on my windshield and even treated the crack itself so is less visible. Money will spent.

STAY AWAY!!!I went to Patsco in January for a tiny chip, they repaired it. Went there yesterday because I woke up and found that the crack has started to open up a lot more (in blue). I showed him my receipt from Jan as it’s supposed to cover fixes on the same area for life. Then he had me fill another form, a “re-do” receipt, now it’s only warranted for a year. Kinda shandy.A younger man tried to get the tool to stick to my car and played around with it and changed directions/areas for several minutes and finally got it. And the he made a larger crack on my windshield (in red), not connected to my original one.Called the owner/manager of that location. They could refund me my original $75 or fix both for “free”. No thanks, not having it touched by this worker again.Called the corporate office. No help either. They refunded my original $75 and now I’m stuck getting a new windshield. Moral of the story- find a more reputable place and pay a bit more than this shop, ultimately it’ll be a lot less money, time and frustration.

I've been to this location several times over the years. The service has always been exceptional, quick and professional. The windshield chips were contained and never spread or cracked.

We had two rock chips in our windshield and Safelite wanted almost $200 for the cheapest repair and this place only charged us $75 (We did not go through our insurance) The young man that helped us did a great job and we left with filled chips that were barely visible.

I wanted to say a special thank you to Devin for making the hard decision, and for treating my cracked windshield even though my insurance company doesn’t acknowledge this location. The sunlight had bothered me reflecting from it, but now the defect can barely be seen! Thanks to Alex for stepping in near the end to help speed up the process.
