DO NOT MOVE HERE. Living at Parkside Place Apartments has been a real letdown. The crime rate in the area is high, and I've seen cars getting broken into and stolen multiple times. The place itself isn't well-kept, and maintenance takes forever to get things done. Plus, there's always this strong smell of weed that management just ignores.
One of the most annoying things is the high electricity bills because the apartments are poorly insulated. It’s a struggle to keep the place at a comfortable temperature, so the heating and cooling are constantly running. The humidity inside makes it even worse and just adds to the discomfort.
As for the management, especially Martha and Jonathan, they're not much help. They don’t seem interested in addressing our concerns, whether it’s about the state of the property or the safety issues around here. My trash is never picked up and rots in front of my apartment.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Parkside Place Apartments. The combination of high crime, poor upkeep, unresponsive management, and steep utility costs makes it a tough place to live comfortably. You might want to look for a better option if you're searching for a safe and well-maintained place to call home.

PLEASE, do yourself a favor and do not ever rent at Parkside Place nor any apartment owned by Adara Communities. If you care about your family's safety and personal property, please look elsewhere. There are cops swarming this place every weekend because of vehicle break ins and thefts. They have broken into so many vehicles at the apartment complex and the management company does not care. The gates are always broken and there are virtually no security cameras. Jonathan is extremely rude and will always cut you off mid sentence and make you feel like it's your fault for living here. Martha doesn't even attempt to feel sympathetic to the tenants here and no communication is every sent out regarding any measure they will take (that is because they do not take any security measures). When I asked about increasing patrol or hiring a security officer due to the frequent break ins, they said its not in their budget.
On top of that, the apartment's has poor insulation and the AC works all day to cool the apartment. My electricity bill is $300 for a 1 bedroom apartment. The humidity reaches upwards of 80%+ in my apartment. I have put in many service requests but they are closed out and ignored.

I have been living here for the last few years and the amount of vehicle thefts and break ins is crazy. It is almost a weekly occurrence where thieves walk around with no care or worry that they will get caught. Our HVAC system has been problematic since we moved in, with inefficient cooling in summer and poor heating in winter, making the apartment uncomfortable year-round.
And don't get me started on the useless management team, especially Jonathan and Martha. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability are astonishing. Despite the numerous issues residents face, including severe health hazards, they do nothing to address or resolve these problems effectively.
The noise levels are unbearable. Walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything from neighboring apartments.

I have lived here for almost 5 years and there have been multiple system glitches in their bill payment system. You can see additional reviews below about this below and I have several emails about their system errors. I have paid my rent on time for 5 years and due to THEIR system glitches, I was met with an aggressive notice to vacate and $165 fee. Keep in mind, I have a confirmation email that my rent was paid on time, so I had no idea that there was a problem. Instead of a friendly phone call to see what happened and to check on a resident that has loyally paid on time for 5 years, they waited 4 days to contact me, probably hoping to collect additional money in fees from me. Again, I have a confirmation email that my rent was paid, so why would I expect otherwise? The complex refused to assist at all. After being a loyal resident for so long, I really expected better service.

I was a resident for almost 5 years and pricing and location were great. Jonathan always handled any issues I had as well as maintenance. Parking was once an issue but got better in the last couple years. Smooth move out process. Would recommend this community to anyone looking in the spring area.

I want to be upfront: 0 stars would be more fitting. If you care about your car, watch out—they're quick to TOW, and they'll TOW your guests' cars too, even with their three-day pass. On move-in, there was a COCKROACHES INFESTATION (see pictures) that persisted despite pest control efforts. Maintenance is practically non-existent; when my faucet broke and flooded the kitchen, the promised repair never happened. At move-out, they tack on cleaning and parking fees for normal wear and tear, and even blamed me for their system glitches, charging extra. Nearby Arden Woods might offer better value. Choose wisely.

The Staff in the office was courteous. Especially the manager Martha. Upon my tour, she was very knowledgeable and professional. The property itself was breathtakingly well kept. The big seller for me was the swimming pool as we are approaching the Summer months. I'm a HUGE swimmer .

Honestly a great apartment complex with amazing prices. The selling point is definitely the staff! Andrea and Nick are always extremely helpful and courteous. Truly feels like you’re being taken care of by a friend. I don’t think I have enough good words to describe how amazing they are.
The maintenance team on site is the best I’ve ever encountered!! They definitely deserve a recognition. All issues are addressed in such a timely and professional manner. Guys are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. In conclusion, people working here care about their residents and it shows!

Went in for some info on the complex, and ended up taking a very nice tour. I loved the place and will definitely be making Parkside my top pick. Nick was very helpful and informative about every question I had.

Love these apartments but boy the management here is so helpful, kind, and very professional. Nick was wonderful and answered all the questions I had. I’ve dealt with terrible apartment management in the past but Nick has really changed my perspective and is such a breath of fresh air.

Such a great leasing experience. The tour was so good I decided to apply. Nicolas was a great tour guide as well very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I look forward to making Parkside Place my new residence next month. Thanks again Nicolas!!
