I was sold items being told I could use them for gas needs only for it not to be true and ended up with gas all in the back of my vehicle. I went back to the store and explained what happened to one of the associates. He was very understanding but when he told his manager what had happened the manager was very rude and wouldn't let me get out a sentence. I was going to ask for a store credit to purchase items needed to clean my vehicle instead of a refund. I didn't get that chance. I broke down in tears because not only were they not willing to work with me I had also lost precious gas during power loss due to the hurricane. Not to mention the back of my vehicle had gas all in it and needed to be cleaned. The attitude the manager had was completely unnecessary considering the situation. I feel that the manager could have been a lot more understanding and nice about it. When you go to a store like this you expect for them to have knowledge of their products and not to be made to feel like I should have known otherwise. Very disheartening to be treated this way during a disaster. I will never purchase another item from this store.

Tried returning an item that I was told would be returnable without issue, as I specifically asked in case it didn't work out. I was instantly berated and told no way, not at all. That's fine, I understand but the amount of attitude and aggression was unnecessary as I was unaware I couldn't return it. I will not be giving them any business any longer.

One older gentleman that works there was very helpful, when he ask the manager about a part I needed she was very rude to the employee, never going back to that O'Reillys.

They will not answer the phone. I let I the phone ring 15 times with No answer. But ever time I go in there is always some one on the phone.

Came into the store today intending to purchase a new headlight. David came out to the car, in the Texas heat, and spent ten minutes diagnosing the problem. As it turned out, I didn’t need a new headlight after all. Despite sweating and not making a dime, David kept his great attitude and demeanor. Overall, a great experience and representation of O’Reilly’s corporate values.
