I recently had the misfortune of dealing with O'Reilly, and let me tell you, it was an experience I won’t soon forget. From the moment I walked in, I sensed an air of indifference and disdain. The staff snared in my direction as I walked in as if I did not belong.The issue? Faulty spark plugs I bought 1 week ago. When I explained the problem, the manager Dismissed the warranty blaming another aspect of the car. However they misfired within a day of them being installed. As I was leaving the store I saw and heard both the store manager and another employee laugh and smirk. I expected a professional response, not a condescending laugh and dismissive behavior.Little to say I will not return to this O'Reilly ever again and hope that you take my advise and find another auto part store to satisfy you auto needs. One that will treat you with respect and Human decency.

It depends on the time of day, sometimes it's long waits. But the biggest issue is their parts are expensive, but cheaply made. But the convenience is good.

Nathaniel was a great help. Helped me find many solutions to my car problem. He went out of his way to make sure I could get a solution to fix a broken piece from my Nissan. I’m definitely coming back to this location. Best customer service out of all the ones Ive went to. Shout out to Nathaniel ??

Needed brake pads for my 2020 Colorado two wheel drive pickup. They didn't have the ceramic pads that came stock on the vehicle so he ordered them from another store and within an hour I was able to come back, pick up the brakes, and go about my business which was to put the brakes on myself.This saves me about $700.Dealership quoted me at 997 and some change. Brake pads that I bought at O'Reilly's which were the exact ceramic type brakes that were on the truck stock cost me $60 and the labor cost me nothing but a gallon of sweat, a pint of blood, some skinned knuckles, and bruised Pride. May never drive the truck ever again, but yeah, I put them brakes on.

Your associates are trash. Very very rude. Not helpful in any way. Refuse to help my husband twice. Called to speak with a manager before I could get a word out I was told to hold and they clicked off. And left me on hold for 10 min. If y’all don’t like your job and you’re miserable find a new job don’t treat your customers badly. If y’all don’t want to help ppl do things with their vehicles DON’T ADVERTISE THAT Y’ALL WILL HELP! Thanks for wasting our time!!!

Went there to ask a question regarding my battery and Jason was incredibly rude and it isn't the first time apparently due to the other comments. I not asking you to care, I am asking a simple yes or no question. If you are not a people person DONT APPLY FOR A JOB WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC. Flaunt your arrogance and ignorance elsewhere.
