I’ve been going here whenever I need batteries, oil, lights, wipers, antifreeze, etc for the last few years. They have always been great, and multiple times have loaned me tools (knowing exactly what socket sizes I needed) to fix issues in their parking lot. I went there today to get 2 batteries for 2 cars that had died this week. One I had purchased from them in the spring, they replaced it free no questions asked. The other they did not have in stock, but sent a driver to another store to pick up. A couple hours later I had the battery. Unfortunately it didn’t fit when I got home. I went back and we immediately determined I had told the the wrong year for my wife’s car (thought it was a 2016 but it was 2017.) They helped me get the right battery with the correct information and were very great about everything, even they they had gone out of their way to get the other battery in for me that day.The staff here is always great and I love seeing familiar faces year after year. I’ll stay a loyal customer. The whole team is great.

I wish I can give 0 rating. Today 03-09-2023 having bad experience and non professional behavior from staff and assistant manager of O'Reilly. I buy relay from them and ask before I bought that if it's not worked can you returned it he said yes. I went outside and checked the relay it won't work I came back and 3 staff and assistant manager refused to return and tell me the person who told me he can return is new and on training and ask me none of the auto parts sellers returned the parts I told them advanced auto parts having no issue and they really care about there customer, than one of the staff said they are selling bad parts so that's why they don't bother to return. I will never go to this store again.

I went in because I thought my two year old battery needed to be replaced. Worker did a test. Said it was probably the starter and battery tested fine. But if the auto shop said it was the battery they would replace it for free. Took it to auto repair and they said it was the battery. I had to pay $50 fee at repair shop. Manager wouldn’t reimburse the $50 fee. What terrible service!Don’t go to this location!!!!!

Great help here! Nick was awesome and made sure I had what I needed. Normally I can’t stand talking to the guys at the counter because they want to know if my truck is 4x4 to tell me what the dome light bulb is. Nick didn’t do that to me!

I came into get oil for my car. I needed 4 bottles. It didn’t matter that I had a screenshot of EXACTLY what I needed as the employee didn’t want to help me. He stated, “You may have to help me carry them.” I politely said, “Ok.” When we got to the shelf, he was able to carry them. Funny, no one has ever had a problem carrying any oil bottles to the counter in the past and if more than one trip was needed, the employee helping me never asked for my help. Standing behind the counter were two other employees, neither of which were asked or even tried to help the “weak” employee carry bottles. In addition, I apparently was not important as a paying customer that allows them to all earn a paycheck because they were having their own conversation about cars. I just kept smiling because the power of a review and a call to their corporate offices is in my hands. Maybe none of you should have dismissed my business. And for the young man who wanted me to help him do his job, I’m pretty sure lifting and carrying certain weights of products was quite possibly a job requirement. If you are seriously that weak, start working out.
