Had a great experience at Northwest Pawn. Mike took the time to help me figure out the type of firearm I have and showed me a few new things about it before sewing the dealing up with reasonably priced rounds. Would recommend.

If you love guns and tools This store is the candy store of em all every time I come here I’m buying something else.. all types of guns great staff who always ready to help and teach you about guns you might not know about and a huge selection as well I have a love hate relationship with this store cause I love all the guns they have but have a problem when it comes to stop buying

Walked in looking for a multimeter on my lunch break, one Hispanic gentleman was very friendly. That employee was asked to do something else, so I asked a white guy behind the counter about a Fluke multimeter case that didn’t have the meter in it, I was told “I don’t know where it is.” He turned his head away and just kept day dreaming. Terrible attitude from this guy and awful customer service.

My firearm buying experience was better than other local stores. No fudds there trying to tell you that their .45 AARP is the be all end all of handgun calibers. They were helpful and it was an easy transaction.

OVERCHARGED! Went to buy ammo.. Wanted to support local small businesses in my area during Covid-19. They charged me double the price ($30) for 45ACP range ammo which is normally 18.99. Lost a customer today! PRODUCT UPC:605003819240

Expensive prices. Guns are high priced and several of them you can buy brand new at same cost. Other items priced over retail value of what you can get online. Customer service was good.

Rah warriors, thank you for the loan. the offers here are fair with respect to you getting your things back. perspective is everything i’ve been to pawnshops in the past who gouge you knowing there gonna keep what you have. this wasn’t the case here they opened up early and facilities were covid free. thank you guys from this california boy who’s name nobody knows

I have done business with the ladies and gentlemen at NW Pawn #2 for several years. They have always been courteous and helpful. I would recommend doing business with them. Far better to support local businesses such as NWP2 rather than the corporate giants that take the customer out of customer service. Highly recommended!

There was a pair of earrings pricee at $39.99, the mistake was noticed and then they refused to sell aforementioned earrings at listed price, that's bad and unfair business.Instead they took my number and were supposed to call back and didnt honor they're word. March 29 2019 on a Friday morning.

Two employees standing at the front desk eating Popeyes chicken when I walked in. No greeting or hello, just a blank stare before I acknowledged them and then they gave me a very dry attitude. Service was mediocre at best, but the employees could have at least ACTED like they wanted to be at work. You'd be better off going somewhere else with better customer service.
