First time at this dealership and the super courteous/ polite staff win you over in a heartbeat. Had no appointment, they still accommodated me and had my car in and out in under 2 hours. Charged reasonably for an investigative item and corrected what needed without any fluff.Thank you NSL.

Not sure how they have such a high rating. From the moment I called to check availability of vehicle the problem started. You try calling and nobody ever answers and then you get called back from multiple sales guy. I had to be the one that had to keep calling to get the information I needed on how to proceed. I had a long drive so I wanted to do the finance portion online and I had to keep calling to get that information. Finally got there and the sales guy I had talked on the phone pushed me off to Hector. Whatever, no big deal until this guy is demeaning. We really wanted this car so we still continued the process. The finance guy was amazing. Respectful, and took the time to answer my questions! What top this all off is the check engine light came on less than 24hrs after buying the car. And of course everybody is out or in training and nobody can help me. Nd due to me living far I cannot just pull into the dealership. I would not buy from here ever again. I strongly suggest taking your car to get checked before signing.

Our family has been part of Lexus specifically Northside for over 23 years. We have been with them since they were in the old location and the service they provided back in the old location was phenomenal. Ever since Northside moved I felt like the service has drastically changed in terms of staff and services. I had a great sales person when I purchased my vehicles at the new location but every time I brought the cars in for the complimentary service the staff was not how they used to be. I also brought my car in today for a service since the car kept alerting me that it was due for a maintenance and when I came my representative told me that my car doesn’t need one since it’s still early. He told me someone didn’t reset the code or they reset the wrong code on the car. This was very infuriating because for over 23 years with Northside I have never encountered these hiccups and I had to drive all the way up to the dealer for basically nothing. I also thought some of the receptionists were not nice either every time I called to schedule my service appointment. They were not helpful and didn’t take their time to ask what my car needed and instead just rushed the phone call and rudely hung up the phone. I had one good service scheduling appointment with Northside’s new location but the rest were not it. Shoutout to Tanner though for being a great person in genuinely caring, but It’s disappointing to see the brand and place I grew up with go downhill.

We purchased a vehicle at Northside Lexus. The service as good until the finance part, it was quite messy… It was an error on their end. I contacted the finance manger Dough, spoke with him, he said he would call back but never did. I left message, no response. Very disappointed, we will continue to purchase Lexus vehicle because they are good vehicles, but not from this location again.

Car buying experience was pleaseant as i have always purchased new but choose to try lexus over nissan and wanted a v-6 that has known reliability and choose a rx350 that was a previous loaner car with this dealership and trade it in my 2018 Nissan Murano that I loved. It was pleasent car buying process but I did not understand alacart meant that even though I was paying a lot more for a used car versus a new car that it wasn't going to come with fog lights then I have been charged dealing with the service department $700 to redo brakes and the car is never had alignment and well over 3,000 plus dollars for other services along with issues with the shifting at times even though they couldn't replicate this year and have only owned the car for less then 6 months. I was given a loaner car a few times which i now understand is a scheme to try to fleece clients insurance companies. The last day I had the loaner the windshield got cracked by a rock on i-45 oddly enough right by the dealership now. I understand that I'm supposed to claim on my insurance for damages and new that ahead of time not understanding the full extent of lack of what they consider damages. However, if you're going to charge $3,000 for a windshield charging $800 labor from your own dealership is absurd and I refuse to claim that on my insurance, now if I had body damage or any other issues from such as damages other then rock chips then I understand the process but rocks especially on i- 45 where your dealership is located are a common occurance. In my rx loaner car i bought from y'all had numerous rock damage to windshields and front bumper hood which was not fixed that well which i stupidly did not spot when i bought it but now when the loaner i got my car was in the shop and nothing could be replicated to fix it and I had no charges for my car but then was charged her 200706 for the rock chip crack in the windshield on The Loner that I got the last day I had it on 45 and am forced forced to use OEM parts for especially $125 per molding on the side of the windshield on top of the outrageous cost if the glass and labor outrageous in a poor way to treat customers and makes me not want to ever deal with this dealership or give them my business and my parents at the same time also bought a loaner car RX so I have two people that spent and bought cars from this dealership in less than 6 months and I understand like I said if I had a body damage or severe damage even moderate damage I would understand but a cracked windshield that most dealerships eat cost like this for their owners such as Fred Haas Nissan that I have dealt with past 9 years they treat their customers with the utmost respect and eat cost like this for the respect and keeping the Loyalty of their customers even though I felt like I traded up to get a lexus. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt welcomed. Jason was my salesman and he went above and beyond for me. I purchased a 2023 ES 350 recently, and the process from start to finish was exceptional. I felt invited, during buying I didn’t feel forced to do any decision at all. Jason went a step further and guaranteed from the dealership that if my windshield were to expand and crack within 90 days, they would replace it free of charge. I did not ask for anything like that, but Jason noticed a small chip on the windshield and decided to take care of us. I would recommend anyone to buy a Lexus, to do business here, it was a great experience. Ask for Jason!
