I am very disappointed with Northside Lexus as they beat me up on my trade-in stating how bad the market is right now for used vehicles and then they turn around and mark it up 37.5%. Had I taken their first offer, that market up would have been closer to 40%. I do understand that a dealership has to make money on any trade-in, but I feel like they where somewhat dishonest with me.

Recently I just purchased a brand new car from Mark Green, and I'm very pleased with how smooth he made my experience! This is probably the third vehicle my family and I have purchased from him, and we love being taken care of by the Northside Lexus family. Everything from the quality of the vehicles, the customer service, and the experience... It really doesn't get better than that. But please... bring back the fresh baked cookies and chocolates! My family and I have been long time Lexus fanatics, and every new update makes the vehicle that much better and worth every penny. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I really can't get enough of it! My new mom car with all the bells and whistles I could ask for! Can't wait to drive around with our newest edition in mommy's new car! Please don't spill milk or food in mommy's car!

Let me tell you how my experience has gone with Northside Lexus since buying my car in early 2020. Northside Lexus has yet to solve any of my car's problems and unfortunate for me having the Lexus warranty I can only take it to a Lexus dealership. I called Lexus warranty and according to them my remotes are covered under the warranty as long as the remotes are failing to communicate or failing completely. I was also told that Northside Lexus didn't even attempt to communicate with them about covering my remotes. I purchased my car from this dealership and spent the $5K for a warranty that Northside Lexus won't even try to use. I previously had it in because the serpentine belt system made a horrible noise and even made a video that I showed the service advisor and Northside had no clue what could be making the noise. You buy Lexus and expect top notch service not Chevy or Ford service.

The car itself is great, however the car is dependent on the special key made for that car. Upon receiving the car we were given but one key and told the other key would be available shortly. When I called a month later they said it would be available in a month or two. Four months have passed and now they are saying maybe by the end of this year. This is absurd, two drivers, one key is crazy. Had they told us that issue before we bought the car it may have factored on whether we go with Northside Lexus. Having the shortage is a real problem, failing to inform us of the real lead time is holding back critical information.If the chip shortage is so great, how come Acura, Audi amd BMW can get theirs.

First, we left multiple messages over the course of 10-14 days for our previous sales person, received one call back and information promised was never received and he never called back. Wait time here, and for every other dealership I've been to, for anything to be accomplished is LONG. They don't communicate as to why the wait time is so long during the process. If someone would come out and say, "I'm sorry this is taking so long, but here the the reason why", it would be nice, rather than just waiting and waiting. Staff is personable and polite.

This is generally a good dealership for service, albeit very expensive (but that is to be expected). I just had my Lexus there for a brake fluid flush ($220) and 4 wheel alignment ($200). On the alignment, they only adjusted the toe. (Camber was barely green at 0.8 and 0.9 goes into the red) and they didn't adjust or mention it, but the tech left the before and after report on my dash. I have "directional" Michelin tires and ALL 4 tires were reinstalled incorrectly (rolling in wrong direction) so I am now sitting at Discount tire for an hour so they can reinstall tires correctly as Lexus dealership is too far away. Just because it is a Lexus dealership, don't assume these things can't happen.....and check their work as best you can!

In for a service call to have a valve stem & sensor replaced. After about 1 1/2 hours the repair was complete. When we walked to our car we noticed the wheel hadn't been cleaned after the repair & it had been damaged. There was a deep nick & a long scratch above the nick. We called Analy, our service advisor out to show her what happened during the repair even after our request that they not scratch the wheel. She stated that Lexus could pre-cut the metal to hide the damage. We told her NO. She asked if wanted it noted in our file & we said yes.We are so disappointed with this service repair, because we had hoped that the Dealership would get right, unlike some others. You guys did a worse job than other service vendors.

My first visit here - phenomenal customer service. Called for an oil change appt, was politely informed that walk-ins are also welcomed. Arrived and after a friendly greeting by the tech, the service consultant TJ Stewart blew me away with his warm enthusiasm and knowledge. Wow! While waiting for the oil change, I met a couple of new car sales persons who discussed possible new GX 470 design changes. My hot chocolate was delicious also. Everyone was professional. Will definitely return!

We had a great experience here. First off, the place itself was nice and clean. Took off a star only because the person we worked with didn't give us updates unless we called him. But he was still great. His coworker who we ended up purchasing with, Nathan Makrakis, was even better. He was great to work with. It was a super quick easy painless process. Definitely recommend this location if you're in the market.

I have to say Larry was very communicative and responsive in my situation. He not only helped me after I wrecked my BMW, but also helped my sister who was looking for a very specific IS250 F-Sport. He was very helpful, and honest and his feedback was very appreciative ! We will go back again to continue business with Larry and you should too ! Great service !

Service advisor Daniel asked that I stop protecting my interior from the UV rays that cause it to melt due to cheap plastics used by the manufacturer. I will stop paying for over priced service from this dealership now that they are just looking to make money off me and not maintain my car properly. Disappointing experience with a dealership I have purchased a car from in the past.

This is a very nice and classy dealership. They were true to their word and did not give any runaround or problems. We bought our new car there and the service and paperwork were streamlined. Very pleased with the dealership. They are sister stores with Westside Lexus in case you have the service package purchased.
