Brought our BMW here after a horrendous experience at the nearby dealership, and what a difference! Went from the worst dealership repair experience to the best experience ever. These guys went above and beyond helping us through a fairly complex insurance claim, finding accident damage to the vehicle that both the dealership and the insurance company completely missed. Repairs were done on time as promised, and at about two-thirds of the cost that the dealership wanted for the same repairs. Juan and Edgar were honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Can't recommend them highly enough.
