This branch is devoid of professionalism, no one cares at all about the customers. Waited more than an hour to get helped and then system went down. The customer services representative was uncaring and border line rude. He didn’t care at all that he was wasting our time. Severally disappointed with Navy Federal. Update, went today to resolve the issue and these unprofessional customer service representatives did it again. Rude and downright disrespectful. Don’t go here, bank somewhere else or drive miles to avoid this bank

I came in with my 81 year old grandfather, who recently has to handle multiple bank accounts for his daughters because his wife had recently passed. He came in for certified aid on managing his account, but the employee (had not watched her name but she did have red hair) seemed condensing and tired of him. She had turned to me at times as to help him on certain things, which I did but I tried best not to intervene because he didn't seek my help but hers. Additionally, when I raised questions, she did not seem to be very welcoming of them. Rather answering them as if I knew, and was unwelcoming even more as well. It's very embarrassing of how the situation was handled. Better service at the 1960 near Deerbrook location.

First of all, they need more locations. 2nd of all, you have a bank set up for 4 tellers, at any given moment you walk in to this bank there is only 1 teller available. And she is working her butt off. God bless her: Navy fed you NEED to be ashamed. That line can go 10/15 people long and you have ONE teller..... it took me over an hour last time. I come this morning and a old lady needs help and the teller is alone helping her. No back up? No one to help relieve the long line behind? Nope. Just have all your fellow service man and woman wait long uneasy time periods to do simple banking task. Not to mention the ATMs suck. Ugh. Hate this bank so much. I absolute dread having to do anything here

I was absolutely disappointed in the service I received from the Navy Federal branch in Spring TX. I have served in the military for over 22 years, and it is rude when bank employees(that exclusively serve military members)treat women who serve unequally. The attitude that Ms. Tyrell (the woman at the front desk checking people in) had was incredibly rude.I am not sure if she simply was having an off day, however if civilians are going to work for a bank that is specific to serving military members they should be educated on the fact that women have been serving for many years. On top of that, female soldiers continue to be marginalized by society, and we dont need that kind of treatment when going to a place that is specific to serving military members. Treating female military members or spouses of military members as if they are less is rude and uncalled for. It is quite obvious from other recent reviews below that customer service is horrible at this location, yet nothing is being done about it. Please re-train or hire individuals who will serve this position better.Thank you.

1 teller on Friday at 1:15 pm with 6 people IN FRONT of me. I waited at least 20 min to sit and wait another 10.More tellers on busy days would be awesome

I had the dissatisfaction of speaking with Alisha from the Business members dept. Very rude, lacks basic customer service communication skills. Overall negative, condescending attitude. So much so, by the end of the conversation..I had no information about there business opportunities, which was the purpose for contacting Navy Federal business center. Needless to say, I will be closing the account my wife and I currently have with Navy Federal. And would never recommend or consider open any of our business accounts with that establishment moving forward. Customer service is paramount. Good day

Navy federal needs to close this branch or totally re-hire the staff.1- a new manager is needed in order to better manage or have knowledge of management.

NFCU is a wonderful place to conduct your banking if you qualify for membership! The customer service is absolutely the best! The amount and variety of services offered here is outstanding! I am so happy that I switched all of my banking from a bank to Navy Federal Credit Union. My only regret is not obtaining membership sooner.

I have been a member since 1993. This used to be a wonderful credit union, they genuinely cared about serving their customers. So many years later, they are just another big bank. Decisions not made locally, customer service there to do anything but serve, and you are now treated like another number. Fortunately, there are many other good options.

Honestly I expected a bank associated with the military to care about veterans but they don't. They're just a regular bank that will input anything possible to get every dime outta you. it is what it is. some people have been helpful over the years but recently it seems like they only care about how much money they can get outta you.

We had accounts there until just recently. The tellers were always rude as hell. Or they flat didn’t even ask what you were trying to do and just do what they wanted to when doing anything there at all. My experience was started great and went down hill very quickly. So we changed back to chase back and get the same benefits the Navy Federal gives.

The absolute most incompetent financial institution I've ever encountered. No one who works here is capable of making an intelligent decision or completing simple tasks. I dread any occurrence where I have to work with this bank.

Customer service is always at the top of my list when my money and time are involved. Every single time I go to this nfcu, the service is great. I'm greeted, I'm promptly served, and my transactions are smooth. Keep up the great work, its the reason I no longer do business with boa, wells, or chase anymore. Thank you nfcu.
