The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated.
However, I faced an issue with the lenses they provided. Despite their efforts, it took 3 attempts to receive lenses without defects. Unfortunately, each time, the lenses had internal scratches that couldn’t be resolved with cleaning, indicating a problem beyond the surface. This pointed to concerns with their quality control. In the end, I asked for refund, and they issued a refund as they were unable to resolve the issue. One month of my time got wasted just because of this.

Dr Way and staff are very professional. They are attentive to my needs take as much time as need for questions to be answered. I would highly recommend Dr Way and staff to friends and family.

Schedule an online appointment and then received a call stating the insurance didn't go through. I suggested that they call they insurance because I already spoke to them. The employee then told me I would have to have an actual card or go to another location. Schedule an appt with the humble office and the young lady was able to process the insurance without any issues. It was so easy for the spring location to turn away a customer instead of trying to troubleshoot the problem. There was no issue with the insurance just the employee lack of insurance knowledge. As a result had to drive to a further location for good customer service.

Don't trust your eye health to anyone else.
Dr Way has been my optometrist for over 20yrs, there isn't anyone else like him. His technician Jasmine is the best and he's the best.

Jasmine was incredibly friendly and informative. Connected to CVS to get my current RX’s (I couldn’t remember). Every step of the way friendly and informative. I don’t feel pressured to get frames TODAY. I did, but smooth and low key. Happy to see Dr’s Way and Nelson every year.

Initially took my children here for eye exams and became a client myself. Great, friendly staff and I loved that i didn't have to spend half my day here the way you do at America's Best (Worst, ironically)

Please make sure you know what fees you are paying up front. They told me I would be paying $70 from the get go. They tried to sneak in an extra $40 fee. I said I wasn't made aware of this previous to me paying. I definitely did not pay it.

I ordered glasses on 4/29 and had to call on 5/23 to find out my glasses were ready for pickup since 5/9, but a system glitch could've caused why I was not notified via email, text, or call.

The staff at MyEyeDr. are so personable and professional. Tiffany makes your initial testing quick and comfortable while engaging you in friendly conversation. Dr.Nelson and and her intern are thorough and are genuinely interested in making sure your concerns are addressed.
