Was able to setup everything online so the unit was available when I arrived. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Unit was very clean and property is well kept and secure.

This place is getting lots of work and its looking band new, im a delivery driver and this is on my route, however lately the changes in staff is really troubling, before they had a lady that was always attentive to our delivery by hading us keys to units, mail sorting and package tracking now they have the manager Juan working doing it all, i have to hand it to him he manages to keep a smile on his Face but you can tell he is wore out! Lately i have to call or look for him around the property, he is always getting dirty or handling different problems with different tenants, this place is a big bussiness park for one person to handle without any help. Hopefully this policy changes soon.

Amazing caring staff, Juan (mgr) goes out his way to provide a beautiful shopping center and storage facility. Have rented my office for over 2 years and had my storage unit for 8yrs.

I only write reviews when I recieve outstanding service and that is exactly what I get from the team in the office at Morningstar Storage. They are friendly and professional and make storage simple and easy! I love my mini warehouse and would recommend that you check out this facility at 9337 Spring Cypress Rd. if you are looking for a storage unit, office or a small warehouse. Juan, Amanda, Alex, Glen and Jessica are all friendly and easy to work with. This is a great place to do business! Thank you Morningstar!

WOWWWW!!! 10/10! If i can give this place 100 stars I'd def. do that!!! I just had a crazy morning and I was helped at another location by manager she was soooo sweet! and went to another location and was helped by a lovely lady named Amanda Burke!!! and Also, Jessica Burke! they were very professional, help me with everything very detailed and was also very transparent. This was such a smooth and easy process. I would recommend anybody that is looking for a storage to come here they give you the best quality and you literally get what you pay for. Thank you so much Miss Burke. You were awesome and very polite and sweet and I thank you for your time and customer service was superior. Will be back and recommending for friend and family.
