These guys were awesome. We sort of forgot about the COVID supply chain issues. We walked in thinking we could buy a Murphy bed to be delivered the same week. Nope. 5-10 weeks depending on the bed selected. Our granddaughter was coming to visit and we didn't want her sleeping on an air mattress for 10 days. They allowed us to buy one of the display models -- and even to change mattresses with another model. And they delivered and set it up the same day. Plus discounted it because it was a floor model. It was in perfect condition. By the way, I was able to open the bed with one hand, while holding my phone with the other. And I'm not so strong anymore. Look, we know we got lucky. But they were very accommodating. A business that is willing to go the extra mile is worth checking out. We highly recommend them.

Do not shop here unless you want to waste your time and money on a non-functional design and a quoted price you can't rely on. We spent countless hours on a design for our office space. First, the measurements were incorrect, then the design didn't allow for leg room under the desk. Next, the sizes of the cabinetry continued to change, followed by size of the desk counter top. Finally, the price quoted changed. When we asked why the price changed, the explanation didn't hold true because even as the costly design element was removed, the quoted price continued to go up! We finally decided to go with an earlier design that appeared to have the elements we needed at the price we wanted, but when we tried to ensure that all elements were properly reflected on the sketch and quote, the owners pulled the quote and said they wouldn't honor it. We even laid new floors to prepare for the install! What a complete waste of time.

after receiving the wrong shelves for our unit, I had to post a low rating. Within a day the owner contacted me, apologized for not realizing they had not delivered the new shelves, and got them to me within a week. So I have upgraded my rating. The unit is absolutely great. It was a queen Murphy bed with shelves on both sides.

This Murphy bed is EXACTLY what we needed for our guest room! Installation (although took most of the day) was great and our guests declared the mattress very comfortable!

We have downsized and needed a spare bed that wasn't always set up in the room. The Murphy bed was the perfect piece of furniture for us. We got a queen size with the long closet on one side and the 2 cabinets with an open shelve on the other side. Installation was great. Their guys did a good job and cleaned up behind themselves. We are very pleased with the quality of the furniture and would not hesitate to purchase from here again. Owners are very friendly and helpful.
